Bruh. Come to find out, dude didn't even fix the washer machine. Hell, the washer machine works worst than it did when homeboy rolled through. It used to just stay in its spin cycle forever unless you manually forced it to its next sequence, but now the washer machine shakes and smells like smoke.
I don't know if the guy got fired, but the manager called back to apologize and told me that "it'd never happen again." Dude struck out three times on one site visit. I was scheduled for 8 to 12pm, and dude showed up at 3:30 to 4pm. Dude bounces without saying shit, and leaves a nasty ass mess behind. And the washer machine is not only still fucked, but worst? Fuck out of here.
I have another appointment tomorrow, and if they can't replace it, then it's supposedly going to be replace. We'll see...
