Just got my grade back from a case study of a non-profit I had to do. 25% of my final grade. Found out Monday that it was due Sunday so I'm already (at the time) 12 hours late. And each day late is 10% off the top. Forgot the whole last week that I had a Case study so fuck my time management skills. So I have 10 hours to knock out 8 pages with references and appendices from scratch. Finished it at 11:50pm and turned it in. So at best I can only get a 90%. Grades released today and got a 89%. Professor said watch typos as my only criticism. Knocking out (almost) flawless papers that would take a week to complete in half a day.

I hate the quick dismissal of "outrage culture", I just judge shit on a case by case basis Cause folks argueing about a dress is totes different than some one talking about black people need to fight for them now that black people got theirs..

Sometimes "outrage" is just a large group of people saying "What you said is stupid/wrong/bigoted/problematic" and that's it. Considering that people catch death threats and rape threats and doxxing on the internet/social media, I'm not really freaked out about just outrage. There is worse that people can do besides getting sand in their genitals about a subject.

EDIT: It seems like a bunch of somalian Al-Shabaab members attacked them.
This makes me embarassed to be a Somalian and a muslim. Using murder as a tool to spread word about your message is the single worst thing ever.
You know how serious the Al-Shabaab are when your own mother calls you every month to warn about them and all the people who got forcefully recruted and killed by them.
And to top it off it was one of my old neighbourhoods where one of my bros was born.
