Don't remember where I read this, but there was an article written by an academic awhile ago, who interestingly suggested that no taxation (dont remember if it was federal or/and state taxes) temporarily for black people would've been a good method for reparations after the civil war. I also don't remember if the suggestion was just for the southern states. Thoughts?

I would make it be about why so many black/dark skinned females in videogames have white hair.
Like Elena from SF,Vanessa from VF,Storm,Jade,LaMariposa from DOA,Shinobu from NMH,Aisha from RR and Fortune from MGS. Seems like white hair on black chicks is a thing i never noticed before. Ihave no idea why it is a thing. Some of the girls even get lighter skin tones later on like Vanessa and Jade. Still no idea why.

Unfortunately i never drank in my life.

Actually, if you knew COBOL well, you would be making six figures. It's old as hell, so not many people still know it, but a lot of big companies and schools still have to utilize it because of their ERP systems. I know enough about COBOL to modify DMS scripts, but I would love to know more about it, because I hate having to code around it.

I'd rather not work for large entities still using Windows XP and IE6. I use to do work for my state government with COBOL. Yeah...fuck all that noise.

Of course not. I'm sure lots of bs phrasing like "persecuted officer involved in a shooing that turned out to be fatal" too. I really want to see his fellow officer brought up on charges as well for clearly witnessing evidence tampering and doing nothing.
