Didn't even think about 2015. Another issue I had was that console debut and console exclusive was thrown around a lot. Them having Shenmue 3 in their conference will get them a lot of press but in the end I could play it on my PC. FF7 will eventually hit Xbox too.

Not trying to rain on anyone's hype parade, but the only things they announced for 2015 were timed exclusives. I didn't really feel the euphoria that everyone else apparently did about that conference. I thought (hoped) the Shenmue kickstarter was a joke where Sony would instantly fund it right on stage, but you got people borrowing money to contribute, which leads us to....

This kickstarter is going to clear me out next month, and i also have to borrow money for it too. further proving how silly i am. lol

I can see helping out someone you know, or someone having a rough patch, but for Shenmue 3? Trust me, that game was going to get made with or without your contribution. Sony wins E3 just based on the hype but I'm surprised how little I cared about most of the stuff I saw:

• I've never played Ico and the fact that SotC ran like booty cheecks and the controls fought me the whole time means I never finished that game. TLG does nothing for me.
• That sure is some nice NOT-gameplay footage of FF7 Remake. I'm sure I'll enjoy playing it in 2025. The fact that I played FF7 years after is release also means I don't have the nostalgia for it many others do.
• I've never played Shenmue I or II. I'm legit happy for Shenmue fans but is makes me a bit uncomfortable how kind of shoddy their actual kickstarter is.
• I'm still waiting for them to show off the actual "game" part of No Man's Sky :/

I will say, Horizon, Uncharted and SFV looked good. A lot of the PS4 games also had great graphics. Battlefront also looked good but that's a game I probably was never going to buy so *shrug*
