another something I won't do on Facebook. New generation is trying to find that self expression for the cause vibe, but I don't know if selfies are going to do it against the old powers.

I think I agree...especially since porn blogs are banned from participating.

It's like, y'all are a bit too fancy for me...

I dislike that I sometimes have the inclination to retort against these things, and things like it (basically hashtag activism). It's not going to do anything, I think. But you know, every little bit helps. A little black boy or girl will see all these great pictures and might not feel so alone or different.

Although I don't participate in this kind of stuff myself, I've come to see it as important.

I feel like this thread sometimes has an inclination to rail against everything modern activists and socially conscious folk do. Especially when it happens online.

BlackOutDay is simply a day for black people on social media to come together and celebrate one another. Look at the tag on Twitter and you see black people of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages, orientations, religions, etc. coming together and sharing themselves and finding support. Is that not enough? Is not okay to just want to boost the self-esteem of other black folk? Everything we do has to be striking a perfect Hyper Combo Finish blow against white supremacy, all the time? You don't think that would be tiring on top of maybe a little impossible?

I'm an skeptical as the next person and I certainly don't agree with everything online activist do. And yes, if the creators of the hashtag did ask porn blogs not to participate, that's messed up. But damn, I do think it's a little weird to turn up your nose at black people trying to do what they can to show a little solidarity and make one another feel attractive and loved in a world that so often tells them they're not.

Anything with a Retweet or a Reblog seems corny to me, but that's just because I am jaded after seeing how skeezy Social Media gets, especially with Marketing and desperate attempts to go Viral.

You guys know what game is dope? Helldivers.

...until they put out a patch today that completely broke the entire multiplayer. What the fuck?

Getting worn out trying to plead my case for Souls Invasions. Hard life for us Invaders.

backstabbing damn near ruing what was originally a good I idea. I still play the normal way but I can understand some of the hate. Definitely pass time for them to fix a lot of the mp issues in the souls series. That being said I was low key disgusted at dude bragging that he cheats in the www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=991598&page=82 thread.
