Okay. So inspired by the "image search your username thread" I decided to be funny and see if Slayven's search turned up Asian girls.
First Google autocompleted the term "Slayven NeoGAF" so that shows me how much famous this dude is.

Okay, there was this guy I was stationed with back in my Navy days.
He was... one of those socially awkward guys.
I hated having to stand watch with him because he would just talk about the most random ass shit and in the back of my head I'm like "oh my god how much longer do I have left?!"
I just found out he was arrested for child sex crimes then killed himself in the jail cell.

People that want to criticize black lives matter are always ready to call attention to the "thugs", and say because Mike Brown or Walter Scott or Trayvon Martin didn't act or dress right, they ended up dead due to the natural fear from cops. Yet they conveniently forget that the BLM movement also involves the wrongful death cases of people like Renisha McBride and John Crawford and literal children like Tamir Rice and Aiyanna Jones. Once you acknowledge this, RZA's respectability shit falls apart at the seams.

it's probably because of the reason you said you come here. a lot of people get upset that we'll talk about threads in here because a lot of us then go to those threads and because we all have similar views on certain things, people think we bully shit. but yeah, it's embarrassing how much people talk about this thread. i only found a few posts about me on certain sites and i was kind of disappointed. i'm one prolific ass nigga and deserve recognition at times.
how do ya'll feel about subreddits like blackpeopletwitter? personally, i think it's dope as fuck because black people lowkey run twitter when it comes to comedy, memes and trending topics. i know black twitter isn't exclusively black but i remember some controversy around white people doing too much to fit into black twitter and some accounts people assumed to be ran by black people were ran by white people, lol. reminds me of that one thug kitchen that was written by that white couple. that shit is lame. black twitter is definitely unique, it's authentic as fuck and is popular because of it.

Man this hurts. Dude's been having health problems for years but still. He was rocking beards before long before anybody who posted in GAF was born. Nick created their steps and co-wrote Lady (I wouldn't be surprised if many of y'all was conceived to this song). I want to try out MGSV one of these days and Fallout 4 looked fun at E3.

I mean, Uncle Tom is regularly used as an insult, but I am absolutely certain 99% of people who use it as such ain't read Uncle Tom's Cabin. Tied in that same convo is a discussion of appreciation of progress (an eternal vex between myself and tumblr) and whether "good" should be acknowledged when there is a cognitive awareness of it not at all being "good enough" and if mediocre representation is better than no representation whatsoever.
