It seems to be almost painful for some people to put themselves in the shoes of other people. They can't even fathom meeting someone and not having a job interview first before getting physical. If this girl had actually been 19 it would have been your typical "Congratulations on the Sex" image thread, give or take the cops showing up for the neighbors thinking he was suspicious, which would have resulted in the typical "now hold on, we don't know if they were racist racist" discussion.

Tired of getting mad at idiots like this because they never actually know what racism is in general to ever feel what it's like to actually be a victim. They limit of their knowledge is that to point out race and how it relates to a situation is in itself to be racist with couldn't be a more gross misunderstanding. Rampling's never talked to a black actor to figure out any sort of struggle. I wouldn't be surprised if she was probably right there in Patty Arquette's corner when she was talking about female representation in the Oscars though. 60 year old bitty only knows that the uppity blacks should stop talking and accept what they get if they end up getting it at all.

Okay, don't get me wrong, not everyone looks their age, but 14? Was she using fake profile pics or something? I can maybe understand a 16-17 year-old looking 18-19, but 14? I feel like you have to have some inclination that something's up at that point. The dude doesn't deserve life in prison for thinking with his dick and not acting on it, but I feel like if there's so much as a modicum of doubt you need to be left swiping that shit.

Yeah I have a friend around my age (27) that looks like she could spend a month in a high school without getting found out. But I can't wrap my head around a 14 year old who straight up looks like she's at drinking age or vice versa in person (Well there was that one SVU episode but I even think that girl was 16). I mean does puberty even hit that early? Not doing dates from now on unless you've got a job and a car. Hell, I make sure to set my online dating parameters for people 21 and over.

Let me ask you guys. So my GF has started a new job where she takes the train into the city. Now some shithead train worker has been harassing her. And she just tells me this today as she was afraid of my reaction. (She's been on this train for a few weeks now).

She said she should just take the earlier train but I'm like fuck all that. So now I have to take a day off of work to go have friendly chat with this asshole come Monday. Some people man. I mean, fine, shoot your shot. Whatever. But if you get shot down just take the L like a man and keep it moving. Guy's making kissy sounds and shit as she gets on and off the train.

Actually I don't have a question, I know what I have to do. Just pisses me off Anyways, I'm done venting. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

It happens. It's not such an impossibility. It's all about upbringing. An old friend's ex stepdaughter was one case. Girl was pregnant at 15. When she was 13, she would flirt with EVERYONE that walked through the door. Her mom was a hoe and a half..the kid picked up the habit. Mother didn't care that she was dating a 24 yo. She told the dude she was 18. When I found out she was 13 I was flabbergasted. Beautiful girl. Shame..

I can remember at minimum 5 girls in middle school who looked like fucking porn stars and acted the part. Before summer break..nothing. Next thing you know, everyone is tripping over their tongues trying to holler at what used to be a plain Jane. They'd get on the bus wearing one thing and change/makeup at school.

Obviously that doesn't change the fact that there are kids it there that look like exactly that..kids. As a dude that could walk into any liquor store or gas station to grab drinks at 13 because of my height and full beard, I'm just saying..it happens.

Again, this is why I've had a "Don't bring her to my crib if she's under 25" policy forever..just not worth it to me to have some dumb shit go down around me or my fam.

LOL alright then. Not try and stop you at all but I've always thought about if a "friendly chat" is enough or if it'll just cause the dude to double down once you're out of the picture again. I guess it depends on the type of scumbag you're dealing with though. And the dude is literally an employee of the train? Can you guys talk to the dude's supervisor or something as well?

You know after thinking about it, a quarter of the girls I knew growing up (13-16) had boyfriends in their 20s..one in his late 30s. Only one didn't lie about her age, but then, dude was like a second cousin or some shit..

Probably best you have a talk with the transit authority about it. If things get physical in your "Friendly chat," you could be charged with assaulting a public servant. Atleast that is the law down here. It's not the "manly" way to handle things, but it is the way that might keep you out of trouble. If talking to the transit authority doesn't work, then try plan B or just ride on the train with her while you two hold hands or some crap. Bottom line, things like this can spiral completely out of control when a confrontation is had face to face and I would hate anyone to get a record because of it.

most do look 14, but a few really do look older. depends on several factors... they all definitely sound 14 after a few lines of conversation though.

Man, I totally agree. And it's like, I hate even being put into this type of position. People just have to do dumb shit when things are starting to go right and get on track. I really don't want to fight this dude but some guys don't get the message until a male talks to them. It's silly. And if I do end up fucking this guy up, I'm automatically the bad guy.

She thinks filing a complaint will do something so we'll try it out. I don't understand people sometimes. Out of all the thots that ride public transit (and we all know there are plenty), why go after the woman in a work shirt, Uggz and a scarf?

indeed. what you do is follow at a decent distance like you don't know her and record everything. make sure she mentions that he has been doing this every day for weeks and she tells him to stop every day and he doesn't seem to care about stopping the harassment.

This is a good idea. But I don't want to take too much time off work dealing with this issue. Trains have always attracted the creepers but it's usually not the actual workers lol.

Kids are going thru puberty at 9 now. It was 11 but yeah, you might run into someone who's kid is less than 15 years younger than them.

Yeah, I still say the guy got off lucky because they easily could have turned up.

Glad I'm married. Like Gordon said, when I was young, many girls had 20+ year old boyfriends. Times are different, for good reason.

Yeah... for her sake, and your own thinking of all of the legal shit this could fall down a hole with, I'd go to the transit authority with this one, and not approach dude. If nothing else, a formal complaint helps out all of the ladies that he's probably doing this to, and is less likely to end up in a who did/said what to who situation if you go direct like that. Getting this fools id # shouldn't be too difficult.

My point was if you take the girl being 14 out of the equation, nothing the OP did in regards to his actions warrants turning him into a monster/idiot if the girl truly looked 19 in his eyes.
