We understand the political climate very well. And those people are only pushing a hidden agenda. They are more corrupt than politicans. They want things that they do not like to be censored or banned. And if anyone opposes them, they try to silence them.
The negative press from those people will not affect game sales. You can see this if you look at your own sales, or the sales of those games that have refused to censor.

The thing is, they're on the cusp of a realization, but it's just not connecting.

If you acknowledge that companies can look at the sales of games with and without changes and make solid business decisions... why do you honestly think fear or negative press is the reason behind the change? I tried to get people to understand this in the DOAX3 thing. If Tecmo Koei thought it would make enough money, they'd release it, press be damned. They don't.

Companies make changes because they're trying to reach a specific audience, for sales. That's it.

It cracks me up how people dismiss Gawker webring affiliates as bad sources because Gawker and Jezebel writers act like asses sometimes but will use Breitbart despite the whole publication being unapologetically bigoted and dishonest

Totally. Jez is solid sometimes. I usually source their sources though because people freakout.

The anount of Breitbart that goes around this place is gross.

Not just rappers dog, anybody with a weak platform needs to stay off social media. Seen too many personal blowups between ex-friends and everyone ended up being exposed for hoeing around....
