Octavia Butler's Kindred is getting a graphic novel adaptation and will be out in January of last year. I like the book, but I looked up the artist for this since I thought the cover looked ugly and wish they got someone better.

I read that book recently. Like last month. Really enjoyed it. Hurt in some places, could just feel it. 😭

Not being on GAF since like Thursday and coming back to people defending a molester and people ready to burn down ESPN because of a costume in a video game has been like shellshock. I could never run/own a site like this. I would be too tempted to just ban people for life for posting dumb shit.
I was out almost all weekend and when I wasn't out I was asleep. I feel like a lot of shit went down this weekend and I've been playing catch-up this morning/afternoon. Hell I only learned about the Baton Rouge stuff because my Dad called me about it. I feel a bit overwhelmed!
