Only time I was fat was as a baby. I was gym mad from like 15-20, went 6 days a week and put on loads of muscle. Cut back now tho, can't be assed to do that much these days. I just run twice a week and Gym once or twice. I never eat health or train why on holiday and never put weight on

What works for you may not work for others, also understand that consistent workouts mean not losing muscle mass, no matter what you've built, when you stop consistency, you begin to lose that muscle.
