93 gas where I'm from was like 89 cents when I was little. I remember this specifically because it was comparable to when Taco Bell used to do their 69/79/89 cent taco menu. I'm 28. You were probably just living somewhere with a higher cost of living, and I'm pretty sure my city's cost of living is lower than average.

I've been to the ER 3 times this month - twice for the same injury. I thought that I was going to use this as a time to coast on out if the military. Last time I went to the hospital, it was literally just hours after getting my paperwork together for a new assignment. I thought I was done. The day after, I couldn't even stand up. I'm not even seeing a specialist until tomorrow, but just yesterday someone went waaaay out if their way for me by finishing my paperwork, talking to reenlistment for me, and personally driving out to my place after work to have me sign off on it. They weren't even told that I'd been hurt and out of work for most of the past two weeks.

That kind of thing just doesn't happen often. I wasn't even anywhere near this person's area of responsibility. And I didn't think I would not be actively blocked from staying in either.
