I have no issues with shooters on PS3. No problems with the sticks at all. And PS3's config for most shooters is L1/R1 so the triggers aren't an issue. No issues with shooters on 360 either though the bumpers take a few minutes to get used to.

I've got a legit gaming PC, but I prefer my comfy couch and big screen television when gaming. My PC is hooked up to my television and outside of twitch shooters, RTS', MOBA's, point and click adventure games and management games, I typically use a controller (360 or PS3 depending on the genre) to play my games. If it's a multiplayer FPS, then no questions asked I'm most def copping it for a console since I'm one of like two people I know who actually has a gaming PC.
