i watch it just because it's the only hip hop award show of relevance. the cyphers are cool and sometimes the show is amusing.
the grammys is some bullshit. they treat the rap game like second class citizens.
the billboard awards at least plays it straight w/ the fact that they're all about the numbers.
the VMAs are cool for the performances. artists tend to go full out spectacle for that show
