Alright Playstation 4, you are legit.
Perfect? No, not at all, but for a launch console it's doing it proper for the most part.
I didn't think I'd even care for the social features, but here I am watching a Playstation Live stream of NFS and I had zero intention of getting this game before, yet now I am thinking I just might.
And the DS4 is great.

It was light and comfortable when I tried it out at Best Buy.
I have a feeling the Xbox One controller will be better though. The 360 had one of the GOAT controllers.

The inability to see certain people as individuals that don't deserve to be treated like shit because "that's the way it's always been" or "gosh you're so humorless."
Add Tools of Destruction and A Crack In Time to that list. Also God of War 3, and possibly the HD collection.

Now let it be a thread about gun laws, or what kind of toys/clothes to get for kids, or genetically modified food, or religion, or anything to do with LGBT (Interesting how no one addressed the bonus question in the thread I made. No one likes to look like a hypocrite I guess.). It's almost unanimous agreement to kill the status quo with fire. None of that 'but but but/what if/how come' bullshit unless you want to be mercilessly dogpiled and/or banned.

Yeah.
I went into the thread and basically said that the video was in direct opposition to what her song is about. She's against the objectification of Women but then she has women objectified left and right in the video. I get and understand that she is attempting to use satire in the video but I personally felt that her "use of satire" backfired on her message.
The thread then went on and a lot of people were jumping on me and others saying that we had no idea what we were talking about and that we were missing the point. Perhaps the majority of them weren't white knighting but if sure felt like it when it was like every other person and they were taking the discussion personally.
People can defend who they want if they are making sense and making logical arguments but they were attacking my intelligence directly instead of offering a good reason as to why she chose to do that in the video.

Well I was replying generally in the terms of lack of empathy around here from others. Race discussions usually don't have a lot of white knighting going on in them so... I can see your point here.

Agreed. Maybe I'm just getting old. I used to enjoy arguing/debating just for the sake of arguing/debating, but it lost its appeal the last few years. There's still a few instances where I'll really feel strongly about something and get into it, but the closest I come anymore nowadays is banter in the football threads.
