Well "escorting" is the same thing. Most of those people do everything sex related to their bodies for the cash and extra advertisement to their main money maker (escorting).

Tons of reasons.

Being good at sex =! being good at being a porn star. Agents. Health. You actually probably could make a LOT more money being an escort generally with the way the industry currently is*. Believe it or not, people don't want to work with crazies - which dwarfs the pool quite a bit. People don't 'consider' it.

And besides... nowadways, strippers and pornstars use their stage names as a brand. It shoots escorting prices and appearances through the ceiling and you might even get an endorsement deal or two.

Well for starters once you realize that its nothing like what Lifetime movies and baseless assumptions would have you believe, its generally the same as what you'd expect from any other entertainment news source.

For clarity's sake, I know a few people in that business so its a little different. But its a hell of a lot 'safer' than sports in general and the stories surrounding some are a lot more interesting than the last batches of Behind The Music.

Yeah, the porn industry is in a very dull place right now. But that's largely because every time they get comfortable they get hit by an STD scandal.

I'm STILL hurt over my nigga Mr. Marcus and that bullshit...was hands down my FAVORITE porn star, straight or gay. I can't even think about it. :(

Every 4 years, something big and dumb happens - which is exponentially bigger than anything else in America at the time because it involves people who have sex for a living. Mr. Marcus was really, really bad though. Mainly because of just who it was and how it went down.

When in reality, your average 21st century college is plagued with more diseases, assaults, and crazy shit than the adult industry has ever tolerated in America.
