man it was a nightly happening at the frat house. spades was to us what golf is to corporate executives. a medium for socializing, conducting business, enjoying each other's spirit. Damn I miss those days...

In Asia there is a meaning behind it... Dark skinned women, and men were considered poor because they got dark from working outside, while light skinned people were considered to be from good families.. The stigma still is there

I tried asking my family to teach me how to play, and they charged me. THEN they made me put down money. My mom sponsored me at the time, then got mad at me when I lost to my cousin.

Went to my bros girlfriends, friends, house party that was full of arts kids for new years. Of course we were the only non white people there and as soon as we step in everyone looks at us and it gets slightly quieter. We then rocked the shit out of that party, jammed with some of the dudes that were part of the bands that were playing and everyone loved the fuck out of us at the end. #swag

Pretty much, they were eating crumpets too





...but really, joking aside, it's mainly because the bands didn't start playing until about an hour after we got there.

Also, I was over at a friends earlier. Had some music playing on Pandora, Luther came on(I'd Rather). Then one of those silly girls said, "I've never liked any of this guys songs. Gay guys never make good songs."

Apparently my head snapped back at her so fast that I think I pulled something, cause it's pissing me off right now. Needless to say, things got a little ugly. We had to head to war with her. Some things were said, feelings were hurt. I regret nothing.

Think she's like 20/21. Granted, I know the whole Luther was gay rumor has been around for a while now. Still doesn't change anything if he was or wasn't. You talk ill about Luther, I'm going to war with you. Not to mention, she LOVES Trey Songz. I know I made the right decision.
