I watched the first few episodes of this and gave up. Is this show reals, or are you guys just crazy?

Best new show for reals
if your're a crazy flash fan like me
It's entertaining if you can forgive the bad dialog and plotting.

It doesn't help that they keep killing 90% of these villains. Plastique, Blackout, Girder, Multiplex, Weather Wizard (one of them), and Simon Stagg. Mist, Reverse Flash, Captain Cold, and Clock King (if you count him) are the only ones that lived.Jesus, I really wish they'd stop using that particle accelerator as a crutch. Reminds me of Smallville and how every villain was a "meteor freak" because of kryptonite exposure.
It still retains its status as one of the most godlike gifs I've ever seen. Why can't I find a good one of the handshake between him and Oliver? It's the hypest moment in the series so far.
Every time Manu Bennett shakes the hand of the protagonist of a show, it is an explosion of swag. The Hobbit movies sucked because they didn't have that moment. It still retains its status as one of the most godlike gifs I've ever seen. Ask, and ye shall receive.
(I made it this morning. Hopefully, it's a decent version.)

Also, for those who like Agents of Shield, I watched the essential episodes (at least according to io9) and, mea culpa, I'm enjoying it a lot more the later in the season it gets.
Finally, I've now seen the mid-season finale three times, and it delivers each time. That scene with Joe West is sooooo good, so good. They did an excellent job creating suspense and tension. I'm still looking for a spot on that hype train!
this is probably weird but one of my favorite moments from the show is when Joe laughs at Barry's speed voice. I don't know why but it just seemed any other show would've had Joe "shaking his head" at "sighing" or something but here he laughs and haves fun with it.
It stuck out to me for some reason.

Did Prism live? I don't recall. Point stands, though. They use a catch-all explanation and then kill off a huge chunk of that result.

This isn't. I. What?
In Lois and Clark, Deathstroke is a former scientist. An accident in the lab exposed him to magnetic particles, permanently altering his body and granting him magnetic powers. His assistant, who afterwards becomes his wife, helps by creating a special suit to contain his powers and keep metal from being drawn to him while out in public. The suit even has a symbol of its own: resembling the force lines of a magnetic field, forming a stylized figure eight. After this, he becomes an assassin, murdering his targets with his powers, first by drawing the target to him, then by magnetizing the iron in their blood cells, causing a figure-eight mark on the chest as the person dies of a heart attack.
Yikes...

I haven't seen Lois and Clark since I was alittle kid. I need to check it out again soon, wonder how it holds up.
Oh god I remember this as a kid. Lois and Clark found out he was evil through being neighbors and going on double dates.Still better than the Lois and Clark version:

Man, I have to watch Smallville. I never watched it to this point. I got to the season with Jensen Ackles, where it was also revealed that Clark and Lex were destined to be enemies due to cave writings. I think it was season 4 or 3. I dropped it at that point.Deathstroke

what the hell?
It wasn't even Deathstroke. Just his name.
But other than that it was a fantastic episode.
Lois & Clark was a show all about embracing the shitballsnutso fun part of the comics. So of course the hardcore fanbase hated it.
For me, it is still the most enjoyable live-action Superman experience.Yeah, Lois and Clark was alright for what it was, didn't hold up all that well in terms of VFX and was more focused on Clark and Lois than Superman but I think that was for the best and IMO Dean Cain is still the best live action interpretation of Clark and still probably the most athletic actor to officially play Superman.
So glorious. Who is that bad guy there? He looks familiar.I was kid when Lois & Clark aired, so maybe that's why I liked it, but still..that episode with some future villain pointing out how stupid Lois is for not recognizing Clark just because he took off his glasses was just plain incredible.
EDIT: Found it. Still soooo good![]()
Tempus during one of the instances of HG Wells showing up.
It's certainly better than Smallville (though technically not about Superman) in many ways and nearly a decade of mopey dope Clark Kent the big dumb alien. Erica Durance/Lois I think is the only character they didn't ruin for me outside of Clark's parents.
Huh. Real, or fanmade? If it's real, it almost looks less like a costume and more like street clothes + some sort of containment device?
