Man the Supergirl costume looks really good in this photoshoot. I really hope the show does well. It seems like it will fit in with the Flash very well.

Reminds me, why didn't we have a musical episode yet? Put NPH as Musik Meister in and let Barry sing the whole episode!
The Music Meister is one of the best characters created for a DC show in a long time. Shame his gimmick doesn't work as well in the books.

I wanted to share this from Grant Gustin's Facebook page. Let's all join together for some feels.

Grant Gustin is basically playing himself on Flash, not "Barry Allen". It's like how Tony Stark is literally RDJ.

Also reading this reminded me:
Matt Letscher/original Eobard should be showing up in the finale, he was mentioned as getting a second episode and has been hinting at it on Twitter.

Leaked scene from the finale:

The Flash and Supergirl together for possibly one time only on the cover of variety.

Great image. Best image of Benoist in the costume yet. Looks good.

That's right. Fuck you, Clark.

Arrowverse: where actors from Glee beat the shit out of actors from The Wire and Spartacus.

You could also make the Eli Stone connection. They've reused at least four actors(Eobard, Wells, Dr Stein and Robert Queen) from that show, not too surprising considering they share the same creative team.

Oliver truly showing he's the batman of this universe.

I feel like these shows are going out of their way to make guest heroes look "more awesomer" during crossover episodes. You get Oliver losing a simple sword fight in Arrow, and needing sidekick help all the time, but when he guest stars on Flash he is able to wreck both Barry and Wells. Then when Flash guest starred on Arrow, he ran through Nanda Parbat and KTFOed every goddamn League of Assassins member in the building instantly; which, really, is how he should solve all his problems.

I'm fine with it, but still; it's like street level Batman who has trouble with his Rogues and then Justice League Batman who bails out the JL single handedly all the time.

Arrow isn't there cause he doesn't like the daytime. Doesn't like no sunlight. He likes to be in the night and in the shade...you know scratch , scratch that whole joke.

Oh no, the particle accelerator goes kaboom in less than 22 hours. What do we do FlashGAF?

(I totally want in of that hype train.)

Yes it's almost here. 24 hours from now we'll have already seen the finale and be freaking out about it. Our collective bodies are not ready for whats coming.

I watched the Flashpoint Paradox in preparation of this finale. Totally awesome.

But I can't say that the circumstances are fitting in this series.
I mean the past already changed because of Thawne meddling. Flash saving his mom would set the thing how they were supposed to be in this universe.

you would still have a huge ripple effect from it.

In the universe we are watching thawne killing his mom is how things are supposed to be in the universe. Changing that isn't going to make it how they are supposed to be in that universe, but instead alter how they are supposed to be and create a new universe.

The basic idea of flashpoint are completely fitting, though there is no way they can have it go down remotely similarly given how many characters we are missing, and where barry is in his time line compared to the flashpoint movie.

(spoiled because some people might not want to know what flashpoint is... though it's been said enough in here that everyone in here likely knows already)

Any more comic pages like this? Awesome find btw!

It's from The Flash Rebirth, a story arc written by Geoff Johns which, if I'm not mistaken, essentially kicked off the entire run of comics all the way until Flashpoint Paradox.

It's basically the return of Barry Allen.

It's a really good read. Some pure fuckery in that book.

A) He beat Barry very early on in his career, when Barry was extremely inexperienced. Ollie is very consistent in his portrayal as far as that goes. Plus, you're acting like Wells is an expert hand-to-hand combatant, which he is not, and Ollie is.

B) Barry is portrayed inconsistently within his own show, let alone within Arrow and (soon to be) Legends of Tomorrow.
