Watching Vettel there at the end of his 1st flying lap in Q3, it sure looks like he uses more kerb than anybody else. All the other guys seem to try and clip the very edge of the track itself, while Vettel uses that extra foot or 2 of the kerb on each and every apex.

Shots. Fired.

EDIT: LOL - Lewis gets out of the car and just walks off to the weigh-in area like 'look at all the fucks I give'.

Like there was anyone there to celebrate with/to. Pathetic crowd, hate this location, track, everything.
Yeah, they just look like they want to finish this weekend and move from that place.

Our news reporter said that this is the worst venue ever, so they are spending as little time as possible on the racetrack.

Wow Jenson, showing a bit of swagger again. Haven't seen this since he was at Brawn. "Well it isn't perfect, we want to be on pole but uhm congrats to Lewis."

Lewis is still so defeated, damn. I feel like if he wins tomorrow he's going to be kicking Vettel and mooning Massa.

Red Bull was nursing the car through Q1 and Q2 with some less aggressive fuel modes it seems.

Great to see a different face on pole, and especially Hamilton. He seems to be greatly affected by his current performance. His maners and speaking was very humbled. He needs to cheer up a bit and take the win tomorrow.

I don't know why people are so surprised with him being quiet. Many times this season they've been really confident only for the race to be stuffed and served to redbull so it's not over until sunday .There's always something to critique with Lewis.

It's not a critique in this case, it's taking notice. This isn't about him holding back confidence in stuffing Red Bull, it's the tough season he's had culminating into a defeated individual.

I wonder how dirty the 'dirty' side of this track is. Probably we will see guys from odd places to come forward.

Hamilton looks like he wants the season to be over already. Race should be fun tomorrow. Interesting to see how well the DRS works and off course the fight off the line is always exciting.

Interesting result for Hamilton, I was hoping for a 1-2 Pole for McLaren !

Any way, hope the race tomorrow would be as enjoyable as the qualification........mmmmmm what's up with schumy !!!!

Looking at next year it looks like it could be another tough year for Hamilton. Button seems to be in the best form of his career and shown he can be a team leader and lead the team to some good results.

There's no number 2 driver at Mclaren which is good for the fans but not so much for the teams. One of the reasons I think Vettels dominated this year is because he has had no competition from his team mate in the same car. Hamilton won his championship with Kovalainen as a team mate and Button had Barrichello. Alonso wouldn't have been second in the championship had Ferrari given Massa the same support they gave Alonso from the start.

I just think that with two drivers on the same team competing for the championship they will inevitably take points off each other which would be only help their rivals.

I hope now with Mclaren having a great car we can see Hamilton back to fighting for race victories. I just hope Ferrari can get their fucking act together so Alonso can also compete for race wins.

Webber has dropped so far off vettel this year, in one of the most dominant cars and still no race wins! I'm kind of surprised red bull signed him for next year but I guess there was no one better available

I think it was more of a case of we have a number 2 driver who cannot compete with Vettel but is good enough to take points off our rivals.

I'm surprised Webber wanted to be there another year. It makes perfect sense why the team wants him there though. The team can fap over Seb without hassle.
While GAF faps over Webs.

Webber is next Felipe. Not too dangerous to Seb (due to his abysmal starts) and still good enough to chop points from competition, due to awesome car.
But it would be interesting how would he respond in less dominant car. Maybe even better.

The last few posts make me sad... mainly because they're true :(

Perhaps over the off-season I'll make a sacrifice to the clutch gods and Webber will have amazing starts for all of 2012. Not sure what to offer, though. My digital copy of F1 2011?

2 things

i was critical of this track last year as another buffoon tilke creation, especially with that nutty 1km straight. but ive grown to love it, considering last year's race, and the performance seen this year so far. sector 3 ftw. drs should make it better, hopefully.

and, force india is impressing the fuck out of me. their pace has skyrocketed in the past races. the extra income should only make them better. challenging merc at the top next year? anything is possible. regardless, theyve made only great decisions since 2009. dropping liuzzi, getting di resta, getting hulkenberg too.

oh, lotus with a working kers should be awesome next year too.

good times in formula f1

Good on Hamilton, those McLarens have been flying all weekend. Vettel is closer than I thought he might, so the race could be very interesting.

Before or after the patch?!

Don't think the clutch gods will accept a game with no clutch support.
