I only casually follow F1, so could someone answer a question of mine?

What happened to Renault after getting two podiums in the first two races? In the next 16 races the highest they placed was 5th. What happened?

They stopped developing the car half way through the season so they can focus on next year more, and everyone else around them just out-developed them.

also their front exhaust system failed, and once they've realised that it was almost like building a new car from scratch.. they took a huge risk and it didn't pay off unfortunately
 
We all knew it would happen but its now been confirmed that brundle is moving to sky.

I saw the first advert for Sky F1 on Sky yesterday.
