And they said you wouldn't get the thing mixed up with the Pick-Up Truck!

Anyway, from horrible experience in the F1 2010 game, it is very easy to do that into turn 3.

Anyway, that new Williams does actually look rather nice.
It's easily my favorite looking car of 2011.

I was following the live timing on my phone and I was like, "Who the fuck is MAL?"

Man, good thing that adjustable rear wing is quick.

the RBR looks much much smoother on the road than the McL.
There was a great close up shot of Hamilton approaching a corner looking like his was on a bouncy castle. The McLaren is certainly set up to be stiff this weekend.

Anyway, when I seen Hulkenberg's time at the bottom of the screen, I was wondering why we were following a Force India on the TV, then I remembered he switched teams, d'oh!

Why is Vettle using his DRS seemingly everywhere?

Wouldn't it make more sense to only use it where it would be available during the race for consistency?

The wing on the RBR opens up a lot more than the Mclaren and FI. Interesting.
I was gong to note that watching the RBR open their wings (oh dear) made the new moveable rear wing very obvious indeed.

Well, the talk about the tyres is warming up nicely. It seems that the tyres last for around 5-6 laps before starting to go off at the moment, and that's the Hard compound. Of course as the track rubbers in the life of them will improve but I don't think we'll be seeing a 1 stop strategy this time around.

Well, in Qualifying it can be used anywhere, so he, and others will be testing the system to see where it's a good idea to use it for maximum speed.

it's pretty hard to make out the tyre type. at least from the internet stream it's almost impossible

The rings on the tire walls that the Bridgestones had were infinitely better.

I thought so too, but I think they can use them however they want in qualifying as well, so maybe he's getting a feel for it for qualies. He might use it less during P2.

A great close up of what the tyres are going to be doing this season, a massive chunk of rubber removed from the RB of Vettel.

Anyway, Sutil is continuing the Formula 1 Lawnmower championship there, a massive lock up resulting in some hardcore grass cutting.

before FP3 tomorrow we won't really see anything close to the real pace of the top cars

Oh, I know. Just excited xD

And that tire looked pretty much fucked.... Gonna be interesting on who can save their tires more lol

Any word on any of the other driver's tyres? Wonder if it's more his driving style (compared to, say, Button or Webber) that will fuck him over with less durable rubber?

Massa just decimated his front right tyre going into the first turn. Of course this season that sort of lock up is really going to result in a pit stop, especially on the softer tyres going by the damage these lock-ups seem to be causing.

Alonso *fucking close* to Vettel. Good work. Looks like he just pulled into the pits. I'd be happy with that time, too.

Dat Williams. MMMMMmmmmm. That is one fantastic looking car.

The tyre wear is just massive so far.

Okay, silver vs white on the tyre compounds is just asinine.

Holy mother of ...
When did the f1 cars start looking like such gorgeous space ships?
That new nose, the air intakes, the backside, everything (the paint job on the mc claren).

What the what?
Last year's cars were such monstrosities with that ugly ugly box shaped back side looking at it from the side.
