The four-hour Director's Cut of Justice League arrives March 18th on HBO Max

What a disaster. I can't wait to watch this to see how much more somber and boring Snyder can make this slapdash series. I watched BvS Ultimate Edition recently to get ready for this... what a slog.

I hope someone convinced Snyder that he can make things that are fun again before he started on Army of the Dead.

Holy shit, a 4 hours DC movie from the guy that brought us the Martha scene.

Though if people around here say it's good I might check it out.
 
Are all of these gonna drop together or is HBO going to dripple it out weekly?

I like how they are timing everything to get folks (like me) past the 24 Dec WW84 sign on window interval. Little things was after the 24th, and looks like GvKK will be as well.

It's all in one go. A 4 hour movie. I've sat through LOTR EE trilogy in one sitting... This is nothing.
 
The only director cut i'm gonna watch is the one when they cut out the flash character from the movie.

I hope they release it in an act structure like hateful 8 was on Netflix. Anyways I'm super excited and hope the film does well. It's been a Long 5 year journey for this film.

Suicide Squad Joker wasn't great, but he also didn't have a lot of screen time. I think with the right script, Jared Leto could be an incredible Joker. He's a very talented actor.

No actor could've saved that Joker, the script is so utterly bad it actually feels like it's deliberately cringe-y.

That said, Leto's dumb edgelord shit during shooting didn't help [sending other actors used condoms or stupid shit like that].
 
I think its gonna be fun 🍿 i mean, it can only be better than the original cut and at this point in time we know what to expect from DCEU so i don't get all the complaining

If i sat through Suicide Squad and BvS i can watch this 👍

And the Cyborg and Steppenwolf and Battfleck just make it WW x Aquaman show against Darkseid, Henry can appear at the middle 🥰 with cameo from Harley Quinn

4:3 is also often called full screen because it filled the old TV screens. 4:3 has black bars on the sides on modern TVs.

Been waiting years for this. I refused to buy the theatrical cut, because it was such a piece of shit. I'm an unapologetic Snyder stan, so I have no doubt that I'll enjoy his overproduced vision for what this movie should have been. I don't care for cheap jokes that fail to land. I want dark and brooding, and super-stylish slow-mo sequences. Justice League and Suicide Squad are the only DC movies I haven't purchased. SS because I can't get the extended cut in 4k on Google Movies yet. JL because Warner thought it was a good idea to hack another Snyder flick to bits, when the unbutchered MoS is still the best movie in the trilogy.
