Aww.
I actually like the singleplayer the most.

I STILL haven't played the full game of RE6 yet, so I'm not sure how the game presents its focus on stun and melee, but it does sound like a big problem is the game doesn't tell you any of that stuff.
From what I've played of the beta it devolves into guys with spears in full plate mashing for the win. It's OK if you have a duel with a single enemy, or if you use a cross- or longbow. That looks kinda fun. More so than Mount & Blade.
Jeff killing it within moments.Quick Look: The Testament of Sherlock Holmes (41:48) (Ryan / Jeff)

?? That's the best part..
if you hate watching them figure stuff out skip the horse puzzle to 24:30
That's most of the QuickLook then!.

We're talking about the RE6 Quick Look, right? I would not call that proficient. If you wanna see proficient play, check this out.
Yeah wanted to post about how many times Jeff straight up calls the solution for the puzzle and Ryan just ignores him and fumbles around.:lol :lol Jeff calling the chess puzzle well in advance.
Goddamn it, videogame.
?? That's the best part.

War of the Roses looks fantastic in the QL but I've heard bad things about lag and imbalances.
If the game is obtusely withholding gameplay information involving those abilities it's hardly his fault that he hasn't adapted to using them. There's something to be said about experimenting with the mechanics yourself, sure, but I also wouldn't give the game a pass for basically making that the only option. Especially with such apparently important systems.
(If the info is only present in the loading screens, that is. I'm going by Brad and Patrick's word.)
Realism is shattered in the first few minutes when guys start clipping through each other.
That, and the horrible controls for aiming your attacks... yikes. I just finished Skyward Sword and seeing a similar attempt at swordplay done here so badly makes me wonder how anyone could knock Skyward Sword's controls.
This looks great but it's too bad it doesn't have a single player though. At least i'll have Mount and Blade 2 to scratch that itch.Quick Look: War of the Roses (37:39) (Drew / Dave)
I kinda like how it plays. I might pick it up soon...Quick Look: War of the Roses (37:39) (Drew / Dave)

I think it's actually physically impossible to do the Dragonball Z QL without Vinny.
And when Jeff brought up possibly being able to dive back to avoid that, instead of trying it Brad pretty much just said 'whatever' and that he didn't know that at the time. He never tries to improve upon it after knowing that. You can roll out of the way of the dog jumps, which was also frustrating him pretty clearly.

Chess puzzle was hard to watch because it was obvious that it had to be solved in a pattern but Ryan just kept moving it randomly.
It was so frustrating because he basically had it but then inexplicably twice goes to the middle square instead of continuing around the board.Yeah. I was nearly pulling my hair out at that part.
Quick Look: Marvel vs. Capcom Origins (22:36) (Jeff/Patrick)
I laughed at Jeff being one step ahead of the game pretty much the entire time.
Gerstmann > Holmes confirmed.
Quick Look: Diamond Trust of London (34:04) (Patrick / Dave)
Patrick Bingo:
1) The game is a platformer.
2) Pixelated art style
3) Made by one guy in his bedroom.
4) Very interesting mechanic with a twiiiiist!
5) A-mazing soundtrack.
