I really don't see myself spray painting a kit in my tiny ass room, but thanks for the advice. Maybe at some other point like after 2 or 3 of these I'll think about sandpaper at least.Jaded don't overthink it. Hobby knife and pliers to take out and clean the edges are the only things you need.
My first mg was a Deathsycthe so don't stress about it.
Using 5-7 blades on mg is overkill and a waste. Get some quality blades.
I used 2 blades to build 5 kits with no stub mark in site. I can show pics of any of my kits.
If you wanna use gloves you could but just make sure your hands are washed and dry. Cut away from your fingers always.
I would recommend sandpaper if you ever plan to spray your kit with paint or top coat. I actually went back to one of my first kits and use paper and looks way better.
It doesn't really matter which mg you start off since it is more of a time thing rather than a difficulty thing.
I mean unless your nose is inches from the kit you won't need a face mask. But I recommend something to cover your mouth/ nose when spraying.
I have yet to build the sandrock but it should be straight build outside of the weapons. One thing I recommend after building 3 of the wing kits is to be very careful you aren't cutting into the wrong party in the runner.
