For a man playing a dating sim he knew exactly which women to dodge. Knowing the show he didn't stick Meyrin any way I could imagine. I still think non plastic surgery Meer Campbell was really cute though.

Speaking of not-Laccus I loved how they went out of the way to animate her boobs and what not flopping around for no reason in most of her music scenes.
I remember when it aired the first time when I was younger and my family would probably be watching. I can't imagine how that went over, my mom would probably just laugh at it.
I don't know how they reacted when something like MSG was on because I was a wee lad that couldn't remember much. Couldn't have been worse I imagine. Speaking of which I should get around to actually watching that now that I'm capable of higher functions...

If you want to test your higher functions and patience then eventually try watching Victory Gundam. It's like the Evangelion equivalent to Gundam with how insane people are.

^ Holy crap are those what they look like out of the box!? I was down for buying SD Strike when I got to Japan next month but f that. I mean they are only like $7 but still...
It's even worse when you see that those SD kits aren't even snap built. Some limbs are one sided and hollow on the other side. BB Senshi was better than this line.

Now you shouldn't base a character's value on their ability to maintain a romantic relationship but Athrun just lost on all accounts there by the end of Destiny.

This was good advice, but I bought the HGMs of the Val Walo, Dendrobium, and Neue Ziel anyways. My goodness the 1/550 mobile suits are tiny.

Just rewatched Forever Four. Such an amazing episode. The moment where Char and Amuro lift Kamille off the battlefield is a franchise highlight imho.

This actually surprises me since I thought Victory was shunned.
V2 has been in production since the 30th Anniversary Poll in 2010. It's an incredibly popular suit. Bandai has said several times that it was being held back by engineering problems. It was only a matter of time before it came, but I'm so glad they've got it now.
The other new reveals are a bit unexpected, but not very surprising. Amazing Exia is easy to make from Dark Matter. RG Wing EW is a bit of a surprise, but nothing that interesting to me. Hyaku Shiki Mass Production makes sense to reuse the 2.0 frame.

Oh ok, now I'm getting you. So Victory as a series regarding gunpla isn't hated, it's just like Turn A where they use only the main suit for the most part unless they have gunpla for these:

If that's true, that means we're "almost there" - A MG for every pre-AGE protagonist Gundam. Only the X Divider is left, right? (assuming you count the Proto Zero for Wing Zero TV)

I was just talking about the animated stuff, unless we're really that close overall. I've seen this thing pop up a few times in discussion before. I know a few people have said they want this. Never say never, I guess. We got the Ex-S after all. It seems more in line with the RE/100 line of today's Bandai (for better or worse, depending on your taste).
I'm fairly sure V2 will be great. There's a reason it's taken so long. Bandai wouldn't do it if they didn't think it was ready. If they were just going to put it out whenever, they would've responded directly to the 2010 poll.
As for G-Self, it'll certainly come. Given that V2 is taking the December slot this year, I have no clue when. With the way they do MGs now, I kind of doubt it'll be a ver ka. when it does hit. They've been saving those for the big December kit and I really don't think they'll wait a whole year again to put that suit out.

Simply put, a P-Bandai kit is a model kit sold exclusively at Bandai's online store, which don't ship outside Japan. Usually they just sell recolors of existing kits or slight redesigns for obscure/not so popular suits but recently they've been selling fan favorite designs such as the MG Tallgeese III or exclusive parts like HG Neo Zeong's ring.
Both versions of MG Banshee Norm are also exclusive to it which was shocking to say the least.

On another topic, anyone else here read the novels for Mobile Suit Gundam (Awakening/Escalation/Confrontation)? About halfway through Escalation now and I daresay I like the way they did things here more than the show in a few places.

So, since Transformers MP Tracks got delayed, I'm gonna have to ship my RG Astray Red in my HLJ warehouse separately. Thinking of grabbing a MG Infinite Justice to ship with it so it's not a complete waste. Anyone got experience with that kit. Dalong seems to like it and I think it looks pretty good. It would also go well with my DM MG Akatsuki that's coming.
Keep an eye out. If he gets reissued, which I think is fairly likely at some point, it'll be posted here and you should jump on it. P-Bandai kits are more expensive, probably $20 more shipped, but the big problem is they don't last long. He'll be worth grabbing if they reissue.

To be frank the only reason I preordered the Altron was because I didn't want to have to suffer later. If it were up to me I'd have delayed its purchase as I'd much rather buy the Tallgeese I/Turn X.
I wasn't too surprised when the Tallgeese II was an exclusive as it's not much different from the Tallgeese I and isn't that popular a suit but the Tallgeese III exclusivity surprised me. Isn't it a popular suit?

I'm not sure if the EW suits are as popular in Japan as we'd like to think they are. The obvious ones are, Deathscythe, Wing Zero and (maybe) Heavyarms, but beyond that, I don't know. I also know that increasing costs has led to Bandai making more focused product lines all around. Sadly, this means more MGs get sent to P-Bandai, but better P-Bandai than not at all.
I still think they need to work with BlueFin to get P-Bandai stuff out in the West at a regular clip. Either that or open their P-Bandai store to western customers.
I was surprised how fast the first shipment of Altrons sold out on the P-bandai site. They are accepting orders for a second shipment now... I'm moving next month for a new job and need to save so second or third shipment may be better for me anyway. But seems really popular.

Extremely popular for P-Bandai, but we don't know how that translates to a regular release. 3 P-Bandai shipments might not even equal 1 full retail launch.
IIRC, Tallgeese III got 1 restock, but only much later. Altron seems to be much more popular than that suit, from anecdotal evidence.

Nah they do very well in Japan.
If you look at top selling charts on Amazon each one dI'd amazing. Hell Heavyarm's was the third best selling kit that year.
And B Norn would have done very well and all of its variants went to P-Bandai Bandai.
Red Frame basic which is arguably far more popular the Red Kai was P Bandai

See this is the only really great Wing design so now that it's done I'm cool if we never get another Wing based Gundam again......well aside from a Fenice years later.
I'm just sick of OO and SeeD, then again the only suit I like in SEED is Blue Frame.
I keep hoping for ZZ to show up.....or you know Bandai you can give me a Full Armor ZZ HG to hold me over.
