Most surprising thing is that Iron Galaxy is still involved. Wonder if that was contractually obligated, but good to see Nixxes is involved.

I think Iron Galaxy ported the game and as reported, it was finished and put on shelves for the next season of the tv show. Probably Nixxes stepped in and made it great.

I have owned this game since 2020 and refused to play it at 30fps on my PS4 Pro, finally I will be able to see what all the hubbub is about. I do know about Joel's fate though, impossible to avoid getting spoiled on that.

Eh, will probably skip this. I was basically conned into thinking TLOU was the second coming of Christ. It was just... decent.

Modern cinematic Sony games are not for me probably. I would still be curious to play something like Uncharted 2 though, if it ever comes to PC.

Lighting and shadows, mainly. The game looks super flat. Environmental detail doesn't stand up to today's best looking games either.


I mean it's a 5 year old PS4 game, it's not really a surprise that it's no longer a standout compared to modern games.


Facial animations are still great though.

I actually get what you mean, but assumed it all stemmed from the trailer being 98% dank on a youtube stream. But I've never played the game, maybe the entire game is dank and the stream wasn't lying to me. Just doesn't seem as sharp as it could be.

Let's remember this is a remaster of 2, not a remake like 1. It stands to reason that it should in fact not be quite as pretty as 1, it still has the bones of a PS4 title. This release is necessary to leave room for improvement for when they do in fact remake 2.

From my point of view, the graphics in "Intergalactic" look amazing. Users on neogafs often complain for no good reason. I remember the reaction to RDR2, people here on neogaf were disappointed with the graphics, but when the game came out everyone started praising the graphics in this game. It will be the same with "Interlagactic", trust me.

Some reason MLB The Show is never on PC. And baseball is a sport that has always skewed being a PC fan fav going back to all the stat based games from the 80s. It would fit right in, especially since you can play it in GM mode and let the game play out just like classics like Earl Weaver Baseball.

I guess the league just wants it on consoles.
