People have said 17 - 20 hrs (few reviewers) and on easy with a run through some guy reported 7 hrs.

In general take 12-15 hrs as average

Nah. Strangely enough, my hype only rised signifigantly after I read the leaked spoilers from a month or so ago.

I don't think that Mark has ever reviewed a Naughty Dog PS3 game. All of the Uncharted reviews are on the Undertow channel.

Same really. I have it pre-ordered and I'm looking forward to play it but I'm not as hyped as I usually am for a game.

I think the reason for me is that I haven't looked at a single piece of gameplay, trailer, preview, etc since the very first time it was unveiled. I didn't even know about the "zombies" until I played the demo just a few days ago. On the other hand with Infinite, I looked at every gameplay snippet I could find, several times.

It seems like most of the disappointment with BI centers around it falling too much into being a FPS, but with a much more interesting story and setting than your usual FPS. TLoU can't really fall into becoming a basic TPS unless they throw the focus on survival out the window at some point int he game and turn Joel into Rambo. And that doesn't seem to be the case based on the reviews and impressions that have leaked out so far.

It has never been promoted as being survival horror. If you would have read some previews it would have been known to you that it is much more focused on survival and action.

Sigh... Why are we doing this? Remember Bioshock Infinite? I bought the hype and I played it in a single sitting, but it's still not much more than shooty-bang with a waif.

I think I'm just turned off by the 'might-as-well-be-zombies'. Please, no more zombies.

I have had no interest in the game since reveal because of this....just don't want to deal with it. MAYBE I'll check it out at this point. I want ND and Sony to knock it out of the park, happy for them both if it does well....hoping it sells!
