I have had no interest in the game since reveal because of this....just don't want to deal with it. MAYBE I'll check it out at this point. I want ND and Sony to knock it out of the park, happy for them both if it does well....hoping it sells!
What the hell? Does someone else's opinion actually impact you from actually wanting to play the game? Can you add this nibzy?

I don't think that Mark has ever reviewed a Naughty Dog PS3 game. All of the Uncharted reviews are on the Undertow channel.

I'm ashamed to say this but I was not aware of a channel called "CGR Undertow" till now. Thanks for that though. Curiously Mark did start to review rather new games on his "InecomCompany" channel, such as Fuse and FC3 Blood Dragon. That's why I'm hoping he picks this one up.

I have to now familiarize myself with the presenters of Undertow :|

Of course, I really like Rev3Games' reviews, esp, after the arrival of Sessler.

Oh and I forgot to add, "Giant Bomb" into the mix.

I'm calling it right now: the game will get many hyperbolic 10/10 reviews, a few "lower but still really good" reviews that fanboys will tear apart, and later on down the road people will realize that The Last of Us was actually not the second coming of Christ that people made it out to be and is, in fact, merely a good game.

A risky prediction, I know! But I feel it's possible.

Lol does anyone really think that this won't happen?

Going with the reviews and letter and video it seems like its going to be a great game ?

So is it not fair for us to be hyped liked that ?

This is what will actually happen.

wow so you don't have interest in a great game because some reviewer called it citizen kane or whatever....

Boy, some people just seem to resent the excitement for this game.

1. This is an exclusive.
2. Despite what people say, there is still veiled fanboyism.
3. Naughty Dog is a polarizing developer.
4. People love to be contrarian.
5. People can't get over stupid shit like the "Citizen Kane", comment.

Nib95, one small request, when you compile your list, can you make an extra special section for all the Citizen Kane comments mentioned?

I can't believe I'm going to spend full price on this, but if the rest of the reviews are as positive as these are, I won't be able to help myself.

This is a huge warning to every one watching the reviews tomorrow. IGNORE ALL COMMENT SECTIONS.

IGN, Gamespot, Gametrailers, Sessler, etc. - please reconsider blocking the comments section. There will be trolls in the wild. It will be a blood bath.

I'm really excited for the game but there is a shitload of hyperbole going on with it. The game may end up being incredible, and it does look very very good, but I haven't quite connected with people I guess when it comes to like... buying a PS3 just to play it. Roughly $300 or more just to play one game? There haven't been other PS3 games to entice such a reaction in the last what 7 years or so? Not sure what it is about this one that is sprinkling magic fairy dust onto the PS3.

Again I think it looks terrific and I hope it is, but I'm going into it with considerably less hype than most people from what I gather. I hope everyone's hype doesn't end up backfiring.

It's pretty fun going through the post history of people who are "rising above the hype" as if they aren't susceptible to it with other games/systems.

I approve of this message. Ignore all the comments and tread carefully guys. Getting spoilt this close to release would suck balls.

Looks like stealthy will also be a viable way to play, I was hoping for something more... unique though. Looks like run of the mill deathmatch to me.

The game seems cut all out though for some kind of MP survival mode. A band of 3-5 people in a semi-open establishment where you can upgrade your defences, weapons and so on...

That would be awesome.

EDIT: I just read my post again and that wasn't really unique too lol. I was just expecting more with those "This is the best thing in the world" tweets.

I have avoided anything spoilery successfully so far, essentially being on a media blackout.

For the reviews, I will literally scroll down, look at the score and that will be that
