Fps takes a dip when entering new areas mostly and coming out of buildings, otherwise it's pretty solid. Played till 2nd dungeon.
rly ?No choice between original and new soundtrack already makes that impossible... >.>
Probably less "bad" and more noticeably inconsistent. Apparently it has improved quite a bit since the E3 build but here's the retail one and you can see it's still not exactly great:
It's getting a day one patch? If there is a day 1 patch then wouldn’t all be early previews be irrelevant?
That already happened.OoT remake someday.
Not 1080p and 60 fps full time is already a big fail for people unlike me .
I don’t know, maybe. Ask me on day two and I’ll let u know for sureOT is beautiful OP! I can't wait for this game! Maybe we can make another thread showing off our self made dungeons later.

Why would we shun you? One of the best parts about this remaster is that a whole new generation will be introduced to the game - whether you weren't born yet, didn't have a Gameboy, or just weren't into Zelda when it originally came out.This..this will be my first time playing this game... don't shun me
Said I was going to wait, but with the amiibo coming, I just can't. I'm sure I can beat this before Dragon Quest XI next week. That game is a mammoth. Framerate issues on this game don't seem to bother me. Framing pacing does. It seems like this game just has a fluctuating framerate. Seems its more locked at 50 than anything else.
But yeah, they should've locked this game to 30. No way this game was going to hit 60 anyways. Can any switch game do full 60fps?
Amazing work OP, picking this up day 1. (as long as Wal-Mart has it in stock)
Why would Walmart not stock a first party Zelda game?

Honestly, that's part of the appeal. Especially since this was a Game Boy game back in the day - I remember I got this and I don't think I got another new game for at least 6-8 months afterwards. It was designed to keep me busy as a young person lolthis game is damn near impossible without a guide
it doesn't tell you SHIT on what you do or where you go next
It should be out on friday, but I imagine there should be a few early copies out there.is it already out... where can i pick this up?

I believe he means if they have any copies left when he goes there.
In the last few months Ive noticed that trend here at the walmart I work at. Without getting into too much detail I can say we only usually get around 3 copies for new first party switch releases (we sold out on games like fire emblem and marvel within hours of thwir launch days and we usually only get one shipment a week. And yeah, the cheaper price has a bit to do with it regarding supply and demand but for some reason nintnedo seems to expect their games to not sell well and sends our stores literal handfuls at a time. That or theyre continuing their apple approach of sitting on their supplies.Yup, from what I've seen it seems like Wal-Mart just doesn't carry that many physical games these days period and people are starting to catch on that you can get new Switch games there for $49.99.
I mean I'm sure I'll get one there's like a billion Wal-Marts around me.
luckily you can patch performance. you can't patch a bad game. this is def a Nintendo quality remake.Game is brilliant, the frame rate is fucking terrible.
Is there other Amiibo functionality in the game? Other Zelda Amiibo?Got the amiibo yesterday, it's beautifully painted. But it's super small like the package is 3 times bigger.
I think they have a use (other Zelda amiibos) but for this one you can save a dungeon on the amiibo for sharing. Is there other Amiibo functionality in the game? Other Zelda Amiibo?
Cool, I’ll have to give it a try tomorrow. I did notice there’s no prompts or options for Amiibo in the settings.I think they have a use (other Zelda amiibos) but for this one you can save a dungeon on the amiibo for sharing.
