Just Tetris, I thinkStreaming?
The tetris one is too hoollywod for me. And gaming historian did it best already.
Welcome back o GAF where people who have never played a game or watched a movie will spend 400 pages shitting on it.D&D and Mario for sure. Not sure about Tetris, probably not.
D&D one is going to be the most fun (and going by the impressions of those who've actually seen it, everyone dismissing it is way off mark), and I expect the jokes to be funnier than Mario movie too, but that looks great as well.
D&D is based on a game I have no knowledge of. The film comes across as Marvel mixed with generic fantasy. Hard pass.
D&D looks tacky as fuck.
All D&D movies so far have been awful, this doesn't look like it will break the habit.
That guy played Captain Kirk in that shitty Star Trek movie directed by J J fuckface. Pass.
D&D I have no interest in unless it gets super great ratings
Liberties? You realise it's a movie right, and not a documentary? Alexey Pajitnov, Henk Rogers and Maya Rogers were all executive producers on the movie. Reading some random comment on gaf about how the movie took "all sorts of liberties" made me cringe hard afI know D&D is supposed to be better than the trailers look but I'm not willing to take a chance because it looks like complete trash. The tetris story could make for a great film but apparently all sorts of liberties are being taken so I'll pass. I'll see Mario but I'm not expecting much out of it.
Obviously a video game forum on the Internet knows more about Tetris than its creator.Liberties? You realise it's a movie right, and not a documentary?
