Captain N: The Game Master: Adventures in Videoland was already on NXE's version of Netflix and the only streaming version of Super Show is The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: Mario of the Deep, which was also already in the system. I know, I watched them a few nights ago. They're great, but I wish they were complete seasons though. Mario of the Deep has the live action parts and LoZ ep previews intact (and Dominos Pizza sponsorship reminders), which makes them a good bit of nostalgia. Speaking of LoZ, The Legend of Zelda: Complete Series is up for streaming too, if you're into those previous two shows, you'll be doing yourself a favor to check it out.
Heh, oops.. sorry. Went too far back in the new releases.

Can anyone recommend some good Christmas movies? I watched about an hour of Santa Clauze 3 before I just couldn't stomach it anymore and turned it off. I then watched Holiday Inn, which was okay, but not "Christmas-ey" enough.

Just watched 30 Days of Night... holy shit, that was pretty awesome. :lol

Started watching SherryBaby but turned it off near the beginning. That shit is way too depressing.

The idea of streaming movies through my Xbox 360 is awesome, but how big is the data? Thanks to Comcast limiting bandwith, I am kind of worried about binging on films. Well, I doubt I'd watch THAT many films.

did they take it down? i watched it about four or five months ago. . . hope it's still there :/

and yeah, i love that moment. fantastic little movie. takes a very kubrick-esque turn about 3/4 through and never looks back.

The more I use the Netflix service, the more disappointed I am that newer movies aren't on the streaming list.... I'm surprised at how many old school martial arts DVD's Netflix, has, I wish more of them were available for streaming....

You guys should check out The Dead Girl.

I'm watching it right now on NXE and it's fucking great.

How do you refresh your queue on 360? I took off the fearless freaks and added logan's run, and it doesn't refresh? WTF? Is it busted at the moment?

I find Netflix on XNE is best with bite-size stuff like 30 Rock and Weeds. And documentaries -- the real kind like King Corn but also the hour-long stuff from Discovery and PBS (Nova, etc.). I haven't done full films yet.

Just ripped through the first two seasons of Weeds in like two days... instead of studying for organic. "Just one more episode.", I tell myself. :lol

Fucking Netflix and their retarded streaming policy. Put up the other two motherfucking seasons so I can watch them. I will pay. I just don't want to fucking wait.

Was watching Vacancy earlier. Kind of creeped me out, so I turned it off. I can watch pretty much any "scary" movie and just laugh and have fun with them, but I have this weird thing with movies about demented hillbillies. I lived upstate for a few years, in the sticks... maybe it just hits a little too close to home. :lol

Can anyone tell me how the whole process of registering for Netflix works on the 360?

Do I just sign up through my 360 dashboard & get a free trial month of it & then just pick movies to watch?
Or would I have to put down my credit card info & register on my PC as well?

Some movies that are good from this thread (that I watched because of this thread):

Falling Down - hadn't watched this since I was a kid, cool flick that I don't feel the ending really delivers.. still cool overall though

The Pixar Story - well worth watching. I already got the sequel in my queue now.. enjoyed it especially after watching....

Ratatouille - I didn't expect to dislike the flick, but I didn't think I would have enjoyed it more than Wall-E

City of Men (TV series) - I actually had some guys at work tell me about this show too, once I seen it in this thread, threw it in right away. So far so good. Not as action packed as the movie City of God, but since it is a tv series I honestly didn't expect it to be either.

Joe Rogan: Live - goooood shit. everyone should watch. its like taking a hit of acid letting yourself go into joe's way of thinking.

Here's a nega-recommendation. The Deadly and the Beautiful -- easily one of the worst schlock movies I've ever seen. The best actor in the cast is Sid Haig. That's saying something.

"Be the first Netflix member to write a review!"

Jesus, no reviews. Hardly any information on this at all on the net. It must be good! Added.

It's weird. The movie must have been made or financed by Filipinos. There's no reason for a low budget picture like that to have shot over there.

I don't think you can sign up directly via 360. You have to have a netflix account set up already on your PC, then the 360 software gives you a code, which you enter into your PC netflix account to activate the streaming. You add movies to your queue on the PC and then they're available on the 360.

The Pixar Story is fucking amazing. Warning: If you do not currently own every movie of theirs on DVD, you will be instantly compelled to do say probably even halfway through.
