Ok whats the magic trick thing about? Is it possible Howard can do it (maybe learned from that Ditterman kid on AGT) or was that a complete set up from the get go?

Is this Hanzi's new schtick to be asleep every time he calls in?

And I love the idea of the 'What Annoys Me About Howard' game but the execution isn't great. I literally can't understand what the people are saying. Its too distorted. They should just have Gary read the comments off index cards. Did anyone else have that problem or is it just that my speakers suck?

Wait, so did Howard announce he'd be doing AGT again? I saw that on SFN.

I rarely listen live and I'm usually weeks behind. I'm surprised that hasn't come up in this thread yet. God AGT sucks. I tried so hard to be a good little Stern fan and watch the show when it was on but I barely made it through 4 episodes or so.

re-listening to today's show (missed parts during work today) and I gotta call BS on the hand writing analysis guy saying he didn't know the guy's he was analyzing. he was way too accurate with everyone he analyzed.

Even before it starts filming again the show will no doubt have a little AGT here and there (and sometimes a lot). Even just announcing it today must have taken up some amount of time. And tomorrow I'm sure they'll dedicate some time to boring TV news reactions to his signing on for another season and maybe even complain about people complaining about the AGT talk (followed by a call from Mariann and maybe Bobo).

absolutely, he'll read a few negative emails (hopefully he'll read mine :p) and then he'll go off on them about how stupid they are. then he'll take calls from bobo and mariann sucking his dick about his decision.

When Richard or Sal calls in you can usually tell it's a joke. There didn't seem to be much of a point to "Jimmy's" call.

I kinda think that was just Shuli busting balls, too. It just happened to not be very funny or well-executed so Howard moved on (IMO). I don't think it was meant to deceive the audience, just George.

I need a fellow Stern fanatics help .. not long ago Tracy Morgan was in and Gary said something that insulted him and Tracy felt Gary was insinuating he's stupid and Tracy said "Mothafucka do I like I drink out of my hands? Do I look like I'm attracted to shiny things?!"

Does anyone remember what set Tracy off?

That used to be Gange's job back in the days of the VCR. I did just hear Howard say that he didn't have the latest episode of Homeland and he has a person to record that stuff for him and how could he miss it. Plus I know on the one Back Office Radio they were talking to some guy named Mike who keeps pitching gay ideas that he's involved in - he apparently has a thing about making out with High Pitch Mike - he said his job is a lot like JDs but on a personal level for Howard. So I assume this Mike fella basically just records stuff or Howard and gets him shows.

Have you guys seen/heard this .. apparently Emily Stern has an album out and one of the songs is Zoo Za Zoo and people from dawgsaloon keep calling in and bombing the show with 'zoo za zoo' references? I wonder why Howard hasn't mentioned anything about Emily's album though? He thinks it would be taking advantage of his fans or something?

Well the album is getting pretty impressive praise from Amazon's user reviews, so I don't think she needs Howard's Help.

Well, i'll make this as short as possible. This really isn't a review of the album, but rather the effect the album had on my line of work and the impact on this country.

I am an interrogator at Guantanamo. As many of you already know, other methods of interrogation cannot be used any more because of various leaks and scandals.

I am sure you have heard the rumors of us using heavy metal music to mentally break down the prisoners of Guantanamo, but the fact is they have adapted to this type of music and it no longer has the desired effect.

Well let me tell you this, 20 seconds into this album not only did a prisoner break, but gave up accurate and reliable information regarding a potential terrorist attack that we have since thwarted. Water boarding? No, this is the first and only interrogation technique we use now and we have had great results. The only prisoner it did not work on was an elderly man who was hard of hearing, but besides that, we have had prisoners wet themselves and cry out in absolute horror. Most importantly though they are giving us crucial information to help combat the war on terror.

I do not want to give too many details about all this, just want to thank Emily for this album and its profound impact on me and many of the prisoners of Guantanamo.

Looks like SFN has identified the mystery writer from the other day - Mike Morse. I wonder if he's the on responsible for the lame, awkward, Jay Lenoesque one liners. I'm still gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and assume Howard is pulling stuff from that Muldred system.
