BULLSHIT GAME plan by Nog!
Tire out Mir though the fight! He should have taken him out at the start instead of playing around.
 
UFC vindicated again? Everyone was pissed off when Lesnar got the shot at Couture, and that Mir got the shot at Nogueira. Now, they've both won their fights. Crazy.

it all just really goes to show how different the octagon really is from the ring.

not to take anything away from mir but putting these guys into the octagon from pride is like putting top notch NFL players into the CFL. i think that's why rampage has done so well is cuz hes been the first of those huge pride guys to really adapt to the cage.

Your .02 is wack considering Nog had the UFC belt. Maybe if this was his first fight you might have a point.
 
WHAT BULLSHIT. I hate UFC's stoppages. It's fuckin NOG dude was still ready to go after those punches. FUCK THE UFC.

eh, true. i wasn't just talking about Nog though... more trying to include Wandy's less than stellar intro, CroCop the same.

I mean all these guys that were supposed to come in and just run roughshod over the UFC really haven't done so the way that everyone thought they would.


oh well. i'll shut up. can't believe we still get a griffin/evans fight tonight too

b.s, it's not like mir used the cage against big nog. also nog isn't exactly a noob when it comes to the cage. you are just making excuses.

all the pride fighters were over hyped. people underestimated ufc fighters and overestimated pride fighters.
 
Didn't see that coming, I guess you could say early stoppage but Nog stumbled pretty badly when he got up. Mir absolutely tooled him, Fedor who?

I doubt he will. He had a smart gameplan for Nog and I'm sure he will have a different gameplan for Lesnar.
