The arabic guy could also be a charge character.

Personally I hope there are no new charge characters because I don't really like playing with those. And IMO they're not all that fun to play against either because people tend to play them too defensively.

I disagree. :p The shotos will always be overused in any given SF game.The first reason being that they are the most well known and so easy to pick up and play with.

It's hard to come up with more intuitive fighting game characters than Ryu and Ken honestly.You have fireballs for long range attack=zoning,the tatsu for a reliable knockdown or combo property and the hated uppercut which can be used for many things. :lol It's no wonder the japanese absolutely refused Street fighter III without Ryu or Ken.

Instead of seeing 7 out of 10 Ryu or Ken when you start playing SSF IV,you will face 30-40% shoto instead. :p You will be seeing more character variety,but let's be realistic and admit that shoto characters are unmatched in term of ease of play.

The new characters are fine,even if their design is far from being the best or most inspired. :lol

In fact,I expect to see these new characters in Street fighter V since from a gameplay standpoint,they do cover ground that was lacking in a street fighter before.Juri is that Tae kwon do like character that I wanted in a Street fighter before. :D

Sure, in general people whine too much about balance.

IMO SF4 is really well balanced overall.

Ken is fine. Dan is weaker than most characters, but he's supposed to be, that's the point.

A few matchups are still really uneven though.

We better get some new stages as well. The more the merrier Capcom...ho ho ho.
Also, I really hope they improved the net-code. That's my #1 concern right now cause I have no one near me to play SF4 with(friends don't like it either) so I rely on shitty online for some player matches. Please improve net-code please.

another comment on the ultra meter, if there are going to be 2 ultras per character, in the screens it looks like the roman numeral 1 between the words ultra and combo. Wonder if that will change to II for the 2nd ultra.
