I keep wondering that too. Everytime they DO try to punish it, they recieve an EX wheel in the face...

I like her teleport counter, but... I think it's so weird that they gave such a move to Juri. Her other options seem pretty decent, that giving her 4 tele options, including the EX one, seems so strange. I swear capcom plays favorites when it comes to moves...
