Sleeping Dogs came with a Lebowski Handbill and a Creature from the Black Lagoon (Monster Squad) sticker as freebies!

Did you get a variant? Regular only came with the Monster Squad sticker.

Can you post some high res close-ups? I just platinum'd that game last night. Pretty cool poster, too.

Sure thing.

I thought they already sold their Lily of the Valley print?

They did but they did it before they were supposed to. G1988 told them to stop so while some orders went through, all the cart hoarders lost everything that was hoarded and so a couple prints were never sold. This sale is for the handful that are left.

Oh, nice. It was totally stuck curled up in the tube. Never would have known!

Hahaha. Awesome.

There's probably 5 APs of "The Cooks" at most (Edit: 4, actually. I should learn to read more closely.) I don't have that kind of luck. Also of note: He mentioned the Adventure Time Yearbook Variant APs will have original doodles on them, which is kind of neat.

And hooray for "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving". Been waiting for it and it looks great also, price is down from the Christmas print which is nice. Still, a bit more than Mondo seems to charge for Whalens.

Got my looper yesterday. They are pretty neat in person.

They aren't just different color papers.

The gold has metallic gold and bronze, while the silver paper only has metalic silver, including the stripes.

So for the gold one, the majority of Bruce's face is shiny, while on the silver, the majority of Joe.

Pretty neat.

After reading this thread for a few weeks and failing to score any Olly Moss prints, I decided to give it a shot with my own hands. It's still rough but any feedback is appreciated!

(Sorry if I'm not allowed to post this here, I didn't see anything in the OP about it and I'm not trying to sell it, just sharing an evening's work.)

No worries! We aren't some of "those" people in this thread. We are loving and accepting
usually
. That's not bad for a rough draft, though I'm sure someone here with more love and knowledge of Game of Thrones would be able to give better feedback.

Thanks! Today was my first attempt with Photoshop (well, GIMPShop technically). Maybe I'll try cleaning it up some and printing it on my wall. I'll have to look into the finer features of photo editing software though. At least I enjoy the core idea I had for the poster, just a matter of expressing it better I suppose. Time for bed now though.

As an aside, omgkitty do you spend a fair amount of time on EB? I feel like I remember seeing your name there... which is strange since I've visited EB under a dozen times.

Haha yeah I spend a fair amount of time there. I actually post more there than I do on Neogaf.

This just showed up in the mail from Kickstarter the other day.

For those not in the know, EPCOT turns 30 on October 1st. This design has been around for a few years, but the artist did a limited run of this 30th anniversary variant with silver metallic inks. It looks fucking awesome in person. This is a screenshot of the Kickstarter page. I'll try to get a good photo when I get home. It also came with a set of 12 post cards, for each of EPCOT's original attraction logos.

Edit:

Here is the postcard set, which includes a post-card sized version of the original non-metallic poster.

Might just be the lighting in the photo but the shading on JGL's face in the silver version is really heavy and dark.

It might be a little, but the shading is all metalic! So that's cool!

Man, not what I was expecting when browsing the For Sale forum:

http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=97984

Fuck, that is really sad. I thought there'd just be the normal, "IDIOT NOOB, CLEARLY JUST A FLIPPER!" bullshit.

I'd also really like that Tong "The Faint" poster. $30 bucks is too much right now, and I'd feel really bad to offer less :(

I really want to get my hands on a looper print. Not only is it a really nice print but the movie is supposed to be really good as well. Crossing my fingers as of now.

I'm going to preface the below inquiries by saying I very much would like to own a copy of the Looper print (preferably the "gold" rendition).

What's the consensus of the methodology behind successfully obtaining a Mondo print?

I have an account with Mondo with my shipping and billing address already filled out. Would buying a gift certificate help pare down the time needed to get through the check out process?

Don't rely on Twitter notifications, camp on the store page.

So my city is having a "Surplus Items" auction tomorrow, and one of the items is a flat file! It's perfect, just needs a coat of paint. However, the auction starts at 10:00am, so I'm going to miss the Looper drop. Oh well!

Log in. Camp the store/poster page. Use a credit card (gift certs. always seem to screw people over). Have all your info in some sort of auto fill program.
