I just set myself up for failure every time. $42 shipping?

I love anything that references the sexy zombie adaption of Romeo and Juliet that is Return of the Living Dead 3 - but that remains crazy.

Gwen Stacy Sketch for SuperHero Weekend
This is my contribution for SuperHero Weekend over at Comic Fusion in to help raise money for Safe in Hunterdon, which helps victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. It's an original sketch that is being auctioned off.

See details on how to bid here: http://store.comicfusion.net/wwbidinfo.html

Heads up.

Current bid is at $50. Today is the last day to bid via e-mail for those interested in this original sketch by Dave Perillo. Bids must be $10+ so $60 would be the next possible price.

Got some posters framed! :)

That BTTF is great, how much was it to get it framed like that?

The other 3 look really great as well but I'm not a big fan of those movies and Psychonauts, so they were passes for me. I'm gonna pick up Tim Schafer's lumber jack print though.

P.S. What black magic did you use to create that fancy pixel artist thing above your name.

Pre-order Olly Moss' a signed copy of his first book Silhoettes from Popular Culture here: http://forbiddenplanet.com/events/2012/11/08/silhouettes-and-showdowns-olly-moss-and-scott-c/

Plus, if you're in the UK, go to the signing and meet Moss in-person!

Thanks for the heads up on this one man, grabbed both of those online because of Uni commitments :)

Ooh, I had the fortune of finding a Daniel Danger print online for a good price, so I picked it up for £26 including shipping. Couldn't be happier with it :)

Not the biggest fan of the film, but i'll be damned if it isn't the most beautiful thing.

Frame was about $50 I think, 12x36.

Yeah the lumber jack print is really sweet, super tempting.

I created and donated a bunch of t-shirt designs to the NeoGAF shirt shop, so EviLore gave me a custom tag. And sent me some delicious cookies! lol

I should really post some pictures of my now framed Iron Giant print, even if we all apparently went with a similar style frame.

Really like that setup with the three BTTF prints framed on the previous page, very neat.

I'm not as deluded as I make myself out to be
I have an olly moss totoro waiting to be framed. I have a pretty contemporary modern looking flat, can anyone suggest a good direction to go in in terms of looks? Any links to particularly good frame jobs for it?

hah, I wish (if only so I could go up there and hang out). An LA printer that iam8bit likes to use and does really well with colors. I think we're going to do some filming of the print process there too.

Super cool! Any sneak peaks at it?

Drew, where'd you get The Dark Knight frame? I may have to order online, no store here has the right size.

Couldn't find the size either, had to custom frame it. ;/

These guys do a decent job, but a few times ive placed and payed the order, only to be told the frame style was out of stock... website is not updated regularly. http://www.americanframe.com/

I'm looking for ideas on what to do with it tbh, have a framer but there's lots of styles you can go for isn't there. Wanted to see if there were any drool worthy frames.

For example I saw some amazing star wars frame jobs that really opened my eyes to what was possible. May just try to replicate that effect.

I knew Dan Danger years back, think I met him around 2002ish. I spent a lot of time over in America as my girlfriend at the time was American, so we hung out a few times over the years. Great guy, amazing artist. He gave me a few prints of his back then, I should really dig them out. Really happy to see he's doing well, though I'm obviously not surprised.
