Is that two separate questions, or a head to head Hillary or Bernie question?

It was who has the best chance to win vs. the gop in November. I misread the question though. It was actually people that were voting thought that was the top quality in a candidate.

Ah. I think I know what feeling you are talking about. I've sometimes wondered if being articulate has come off as arrogant in my conversations before, and it probably does, so I feel you.

It does. I've been referred to as "intimidating" numerous times due to the way I speak.

I wonder how many journalists have "Curb Your Enthusiasm, Bernie" as a working headline just waiting for the race to be called.

The Hillary camp also did a very good job lowering expectations in Nevada. Makes her win seem more impressive than it might be.

Seemed like they were braced for the whole race to be decided today.

Agreed. And that is a very smart move by her. She needs to lower expectations to weaken the Bernie camp stance that when he loses it's really a "win" because of how close he gets.

Yeah, that's what I thought. A head to head question makes more sense. If only 16% of voters thought Sanders could win the general, that would be pretty mindblowing. :P

hoo damn

They're gonna feel the bern in hell.

Well, this race is not gonna look like a race post-super Tuesday.

Her margins are gonna be fine here and she'll dominate in SC. Sets up well for shit in March and beyond.

It is not easy to convey a point for a lot of people and it's not even that their points aren't valid. A lot of the time it's about your vocabulary and how quickly you can find words that convey your meaning. A large vocabulary used effectively can be incredibly powerful and persuasive.

Obama''s going to be having that "AFTER TEN THOUSAND YEARS I'M FREE (to endorse/campaign)" moment soon.

Well Obama got his third term. Better than the other side, I guess.

Considering what is at stake this election, I'm fine with that. Sure, it would have been nice to have Bernie shake things up, but we can't lose this. Specially to fucking Trump/Cruz.

This shit IS over. If Bernie did take this, you'd make a good case for thinking he could create the sort of momentum to eventually swing enough voters against her.

But not anymore. A win is gonna only solidify people's belief in her.

When's he gonna win a state out of the Northeast?

Hillary Clinton CRUSHING with African Americans... I find CNN's usage of words to just be hilarious sometimes, haha

Whoa.

How do you figure that?

The vast majority of the delegates are sitting in clark county. they're tied (within a percentage or two) in washoe, which is the only other county with any significant delegates in it. the rest of the state has so few its irrelevant.

Nate Cohn was hinting that looking at the precincts that have reported in, they're not really ones you think would have gone clinton, or be heavily clinton. Her team has been whipping labor HARD to get the vote out, so it's likely the big, slow to report precincts are full of union/labor people.

That 10% gap is going to get bigger, not smaller if so.

Agreed. Too much at stake to have Bernie running in the general. Dems would have lost moderates and conservates. Hillary will do great work in the White House.

Bernie has been like the Deku Tree - he has planted the seeds of the future. His supporters are the future direction of the party.

Hopefully when we elect Bernie 2.0 in the 2020s, the Bill/Obama/Hillary court will protect his/her achievements.

the black vote def' giving the edge to clinton here

Interesting exchange on CNN.

Hillary Skeptic: "Even if this is a narrow win for Hillary, it doesn't look good for her. I don't see her crushing Bernie with any demographic. Who is she crushing it with"

Fine Ass Guy at the Other Table: "You say she's not crushing it with anyone, but she's crushing it with black voters."
