PS5 players (or anyone who enjoys video games) just want to play fun games, and Xbox has a few really fun games. There is nothing revelatory about this fact. This thread is not good for anything beyond console warring and platforming bad faith discussion.

I'm honestly not sure if Halo can even compete in this environment anymore. People will come for the nostalgia but I'm not sure they will stick around instead of just going back to their fortnite, COD, Rivals, Apex, etc.

On UE5 it will. The engine is old and outdated, and all the improvements to "slip space", didn't cut it for current hardware. Halo had a vast universe and multiple stories to tell, while to this day providing the best arena shooting out there.

Methinks yon needs to touch grass. It's okay to "platform" things you find distasteful. It's okay to have fun or rowdy discussions. There is no harm. Let them be in bad faith without being hit with a chilling effect. It's much funnier and funner that way.

Will be interesting to see but my guess is it will come and go like many GAAS\online games before and after it. Just so hard to get into that market these days.

Indiana Jones launched on the 17th and its already ranked behind MLB The Show 25 on PSN in the US. That's not really a great start. My guess is before long it'll fall behind Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Indiana is a very expensive game and it will always be overshadowed by Uncharted. Plus it's a late port so the launch hype is gone. I'd say Indiana will do better when it gets a decent price cut.

Correction: PlayStation 5 owners want to play good games, and since Sony only releases remasters of games no one has asked for they are buying the Xbox titles that gets PlayStation releases.
