I hope you were required to give the special features a workout!

MAF should pull out Kangaroo Jack

Double Australia FTW!

AHAHAHA RADIO ... jesus man, good luck.. good luck. Oh holy cow, I can't imagine worse movies to sit through than "bullied underdog makes it to the top"... and of course, the worst kind are the sport ones. I've actually seen Radio, but I've ignored the happening and never told about it to any friends, family, lovers. Ed Harris is a good guy, but that doesn't help this one bit.

Yeah, any suggestions on how to decide which one I watch tonite? MAF and Drinky should face off in a game of AoE3 or Rise of Legends or Dawn of War in order to decide.

With "Lorenzo Lomas". One of the worst movies I ever did see, though Curfew, Slugs and They Nest come close...

How about you watch the History of Violence ending instead? I just watched that earlier today.. and wow. That ending blew. (rest of the movie was pretty good, though)

Ah cmon now, Patch Adams is pretty good! Or at leat it was like 6 years ago, when I saw it last.

Full Frontal.

Ugh.

Island of the Dead.

Ugh.
joke character, gotta be.

Quite possibly the worst would-be blockbuster of the 80's, which is saying something.

essental for any bad movie connoisseur. Also features a pre-fame Tim Robbins in his most embarrasing role ever, yes, even moreso then Antitrust. Words cannot explain how ill-concieved this whole film was. You MUST see it.

STFU, Howard the Duck is/was awesome. Douche.

Late entry. German poster provided for extra laffs. Notice the damn Krauts couldn't even get the names right.

That's pretty common on all movie posters.

I know this month's event hasn't even begun yet (I plan on watching the movies between friday and sunday), but what I'm planning for next month's event will get me on Maury Povich.

You can't tell me you actually enjoyed Full Frontal or Island of the Dead. And the History of Violence ending is a bit (just a tad, heh) abrupt, at least in my wife and I's opinions. And like I said, I watched Patch Adams when I was "relatively" young, (21 now) so perhaps my view might be a bit skewed on that one.

But yes, I most likely am a joke character. I'm just terrible at it.

You will pray for death watching this.

Gah. I remember seeing the trailer for that in the theater. Total Terminator rip-off. I'm betting it makes Cherry 2000 look good.

Ergh, I remember commercials for that looking like total garbage. Luckily, I doubt my foes could find that on DVD.

Sounds like a challenge to me.

I doubt it's on DVD but I'm actually willing to go and rent the VHS, encode it, and burn it on a DVD. I'll do it......if you're man enough to watch it.

Wait, wait, wait. So you're planning on putting on a new display of self-torture for the sake of GAF's entertainment... every month?

That's so fucking awesome :lol

Bad horror, almost all of them, and bad monster/creature/alien movies deliver laughs and awkwardness enough to warrant a sit-through. They're the reason the term "so bad it's good" was coined. The exception is, of course, "Creature from the haunted sea" - the most boring piece of moving pictures I've ever seen. It ignores every concept of plot coherency, tension curve, timing... It dulls you to tormented half-sleep as endless dialogues lead to distasteful monologues...as "important" scenes for the movie - like introducing the monster - is almost done as an afterthought, a quick mention, a few seconds on the edge of the screen. The payoff towards the end is only a relief in the notion that the movie will soon be over, and you beg to the heavenly gods that your next venture into b-movie horrordom will not be such a real-life nightmare.

What exactly is the movie about, and what makes it so awful. I only vaguely remember the commercials.

I watched it ages ago so I only vaguely remember what it's about. Had something to do with a military robot that goes insane and they have to send some assassin (Hines, lol) to take her out. She's pretty much invincible though and only a shot in the eye can stop her.

It's terrible because it's just so incredibly boring. So many made-for-TV movies on Lifetime easily beat it in entertainment value.

It's not "so bad it's good" bad, it's just god awful bad.

I watched Crocodile Hunter last night, and I drained 2 40s in the process. Review will go up probably tomorrow evening. I'm going to attempt to do Radio today. Beverage for the event will be RED WINE.

Not as good as Priscilla, but still awesome.

Priscilla is a tough one to top.

Oddly enough, drag queens terrify me in real life, but they sure do make for some entertaining movies.
