I crafted a few swallow potiosn myself but I saw they just restored stamina (not vitality) are they awesome or something? I didn't think that restoring stamina was a big deal tbh.
Swallow restore vitality, not stamina. Tawny Owl restore stamina.

Still not used to the fall damage lol. Keep dying in idiotic ways.

Just popping in quickly and the thread is too large so I apologize if this has been stated many times over already but...
...How are the sidequests? Are they better/more fulfilling and interesting than those in that bore of a game in Dragon Age Inquisition?
I obviously enjoyed Witcher 1 and 2, but the move to pseudo-open-world had me worried a bit.

Why do you want to rob the poor peasants. Are you the Witcher or the Dicker? Swallow restors Vitality.
i enjoyed most of my time with DAI, but this game shits on a lot of its side content from a great height
Possibly the least worst sorceress
She tried topull something shady in the end but I could understand where she was coming from and I talked her down fairly easily
Favourite character in the game so far.
That's what I did lol.I made the mistake of getting angry at her first, and then she tried to fight me when I told her I couldn't let her take those, and I ended up killing her... Woops.
Despite having an outrageous variety of crafting items I've only been able to make one type of bomb so far. Need to get the stuff for Swallow.Swallow restore vitality, not stamina. Tawny Owl restore stamina.

Your tower was fabulous, Geralt
Shield idea is great addition to trying to roll. I'll do that. Thanks! If you roll before hitting the ground you will take significantly less damage. Also cast a shield around yourself when you're next to a cliff just in case.
Preliminary Steam sales stats are up:
http://steamspy.com/app/292030
Nearly 350K on Steam alone, that's ignoring GOG, retail, Origin and Uplay.
Russia accounts for around 20% of Witcher 3 Steam purchases, must be a popular series in Russia.

As long as you have alcohol in your inventory, yeah.Potions are essentially infinite right, just gotta meditate to refill them?
Did Geralt help her with his tower?
Is there an explaination for why bombs are autocrafted and it just uses alcohol when you mediate? Not complaining, it's convienient, but I just don't get why.
I don't think it's perfect, but I'm still loving the combat to bits and there's not a single open world action RPG with better.
Is the Drowner Brain a random drop from any Drowner? Its all I need to make it

Any alcohol or a specific kind? Also, does it take one full alcohol item for each of the three potion uses or is it only one alcohol item to fully refill a specific potion? As long as you have alcohol in your inventory, yeah.
GotchaThey wanted to lower the barrier on item usage to encourage people to use them more often, instead of just hoarding them.
So some bandit/soldier type was talking about raping a peasant's kid...so I killed him. How long will those soldiers be aggro'd on me?
It does and alcohol is very common. I have 17 alcohests and 73 dwarven spirits in my inventory currently.Does it consume the alcohol, and if so, is alcohol common?
Probably not, but I felt like killing himYou're not gonna have a good time in this game if you keep that behaviour up, lol.
Does it consume the alcohol, and if so, is alcohol common?
Knew I wasn't the only one who noticed it
After Dragon Age: Inquisition, literally anything would feel better.
There's a circle of hell that is just nothing but herb collecting in Inquisition.
It does, but you can find alcohol pretty much anywhere.
In the previous games you always needed all the ingredients every time you wanted to make a specific potion.

Completely forgot about Yennefer once I met her. What?
You're tripping
Best ass is clearly the herbalist in White Orchid
