I have a question : what is the sign intensity actually ?
I see Witcher 4 starring a totally new character in a fresh new setting. Wild Hunt is a final to all the novels and games and the characters within these.

With Cyberpunk still a ways off it's gonna be a long while before we would ever get another Witcher. It might be so long that there may even be nostalgia for Geralt and crew, who knows. I'd say the future of the Witcher games is completely up in there, if it even exists.I see Witcher 4 starring a totally new character in a fresh new setting. next witcher game star
I'm not worried. Frankly I can't even really think of where I would want them to go after this. Witcher 3 will always be here like a good television series you can binge watch on Netflix. Excited to see where they go next with Cyberpunk and beyond.Honestly this might be the end for now. If Cyberpunk is popular and critically acclaimed they probably will move on to that and have minor games on the side as the main team focuses on Cyberpunk.
We've all seen game developers finalize a series that was critically/fan acclaimed and move on to greener pastures. These games will always exist, especially since they're all available on PC.

Duration (Axii) or strength for example.
The Witcher 4: Cyberpunk 2077
Id like to see a rogue type of witcher - where the protagonist is a duel wielding type character. Two sets of daggers (silver and steel obviously). You can choose between that or a straight Mage class witcher with powerful spells outside of the "signs". I think that would give some freshness to the series after an amazing trilogy.
nah there is one spot if you are doing a quest or going for bear armor where you have to scale a mountain and the only way up at one point is to pull yourself over like 3 ledges problem is once you scale the second a bunch of harpies or sirens attack you locking you in combat on that small ledge and you can't go up and going down hurts, so you are kinda stuck waiting for them to be in just the right position so that when you shoot them down you can slash them to deathPerhaps you shouldn't engage in a fight on the side of a cliff? Or you could have just, you know, ignored the enemies and moved on? Also, you know he doesn't roll unless you tell him to, right? Maybe don't roll yourself off the edge of a cliff? I could be a dick and just say you need to "git gud" because the combat takes all of 1 hour to get the hang of, but this isn't a Bloodborne thread. Is it as good as Rocksteady's Batman games? Hell no. Is it as bad as you make it sound? Heeeeeellll no.
Witchers from other schools probably do use daggers and I'd like the idea of going through the process in some other area. Maybe as a ward guided by an experienced fighter for example. On the other hand the idea of having mages as Witchers is pretty much a no go. Learning how to control the elements is completely different to witcher training and specializing in monster slaying..
daggers would be extremely silly against gigantic fucking creatures lol. You need as much reach as you can against an enemy that has like a 10 ft arms reach. And Witchers already do fancy pirouttes/moves so movibility isn't an issue which is usually an argument for choosing daggers over swords
Witcher 1 had a witcher that dual wielded.Witchers from other schools probably do use daggers and I'd like the idea of going through the process in some other area. From my experience he just kinda walks around in Novigrad streets. Reminds me of Witcher 1 where I'd simply bump into him in VizimaWhere the hell is Zoltan? Already met first time, started quests. Went back to inn to play Gwent, isn't there. Checked the other inn with the bard girl, not there either.
That's not Bart.
Is it?
It's trololo, I think. The rock troll that claims to be fighting the good fight for Redania.

The assassin witchers in 2 dual wielded, as well. At least that's what I remember.Witcher 1 had a witcher that dual wielded.
Yep. Same group of guys. The assassin witchers in 2 dual wielded, as well. At least that's what I remember.
The next Witcher star
please god, no
That costume was so disappointing. Not unexpected, but still.
So here's a person who wouldn't be caught dead wearing a low-cut dress, proudly presenting her sizable assets. CD Projekt's treatment of Triss is simply embarrassing.
Have I mentioned that the combat in this game is the most broken piece of shit fucking thing in existence?
It is soooo bad. So I was working my way up a clif on Skrillege with very tight walkways and there are of course flying enemies show up forcing me to go into combat mode. Being as careful as possible knowing full well that the combat was going to try its hardest to fuck me I was able to shoot the enemies down and very carefully hit them. Geralt reverts to his no combat state and I go about picking up the loot in the nanosecond before I pick up the last one Geralt goes into combat mode and ends up performing a roll....right off the cliff.yes, I have. Repeatedly.
Come on GAF, seriously defend this piece of shit combat system...
You could have not spammed X, or hit X and then triangle. Or used the horn to knock them out of the air. The transitions from combat to non-combat isn't really a complaint about the system itself. It's not great, but it's serviceable. Room for depth and preparation, even if the base mechanics aren't the best.

Had sex with Yennifer atHow much left in the game? Say, in hours.Skellege (spelling?)
Hard to determine without more information. You can do that before finishing a lot of sidequests as well as the main quest in velen. And are you just doing the main quest or doing all side quests as well? What about points of interest?Had sex with Yennifer atHow much left in the game? Say, in hours.Skellege (spelling?)

It is a pointless question, because who knows how many side quests among other things you have. You are nowhere near the end.

30~50, by my estimation.
The main story line fellas.
The main story line fellas.
you're still in Act 1 of three
They can write them just fine, but they can't make them not look silly. They still prioritize the things they find attractive in women over previously established characterization or logic.I don't think the issue would be that they can't write a strong female protagonist in the witcher universe, because most of the powerful main players in this world are women.
The issue would stem from any nudity and relationship plots. I think it's much more likely that if they ever come back that they'll do another character consideringhow unlike the other two games, the endings varied wildly in this one
They're basically trapped between a rock and a hard place. If they have a game with Ciri in the future and they show ANY nudity from her, or make her say lesbian/bi, you can bet jurassic that there will be complaints from somewhere.
In the novels Triss does not and will not wear anything revealing her chest. It's a character-defining trait, which CD Projekt Red erased and stuck with since the first game due to reasons.Am I missing something? It made sense for her to wear that considering it's for a fancy party, and the dress was fine. (not to say the latter part isn't true considering the playboy fiasco)
After all, you want to know what happened there, on the Hill. So listen there was a din and flames, there were flaming arrows and exploding balls of fire, there were screams and crashes, and I suddenly found myself on the ground on a pile of charred, smoking rags, and I realised that the pile of rags was Yoël and that thing next to her, that awful thing, that trunk with no arms and no legs which was screaming so horrifically was Coral. And I thought the blood in which I was lying was Corals blood. But it was my own. And then I saw what they had done to me, and I started to howl, howl like a beaten dog, like a battered child Leave me alone! Dont worry, Im not going to cry. Im not a little girl from a tiny tower in Maribor any more. Damn it, Im Triss Merigold, the Fourteenth One Killed at Sodden. There are fourteen graves at the foot of the obelisk on the Hill, but only thirteen bodies. Youre amazed such a mistake could have been made? Most of the corpses were in hard-to-recognise pieces no one identified them. The living were hard to account for, too. Of those who had known me well, Yennefer was the only one to survive, and Yennefer was blind. Others knew me fleetingly and always recognised me by my beautiful hair. And I, damn it, didnt have it any more!
Geralt held her closer. She no longer tried to push him away.
They used the highest magics on us, she continued in a muted voice, spells, elixirs, amulets and artefacts. Nothing was left wanting for the wounded heroes of the Hill. We were cured, patched up, our former appearances returned to us, our hair and sight restored. You can hardly see the marks. But I will never wear a plunging neckline again, Geralt. Never.
Yup, strap in, kinggroin. Cause the Witcher ain't letting you go.
Not necessarily. Author said he doesnt even consider these games canon.
