Witcher 2 returning character quest -
Damn, the Letho quest was fun. Loved all the traps he set up. I left Louis alive, I hope that he doesn't return later to bite me in the ass.

Did youcome to his aid or screw up his plot? What I've noticed in this game is if someone tells you not to step in you probably shouldn't.
is the worst boss fight. The worst.Imlereth
I'm having an awful lot of trouble with the... pacing, I guess?
I'm still fairly early - just met the Bloody Baron, and I'm at level 5 - and I find that an awful lot of stuff has a much higher suggested level. Even fairly inconspicuous side-quests have me bumping into enemies that are scores ahead of me and are almost unfightable.
But killing enemies found in the world gives a pittance of XP, and I'm having trouble finding quests that are in my level-range that are worth doing. Do I seriously have to hit as many question marks and notice boards as possible to find level appropriate stuff? I'm kinda baffled, to be honest.

Somebody has good taste. Welcome brother.
You can change that on Options somewhere.Honestly I'm on Broken Bones and kinda wish I had done Death March. It was hard at first but now I can beat most things without too much trouble. Like the Souls games where numbers don't make a huge difference, it's more a case of knowing what to do. If you're skilled enough to dodge, counter, and use signs properly, then you can always come out on top.
And yet according to this pic.
You let her getTORTURED!!
Considering thatYes. Also a little trust doesn't hurt lolyou have to for the best possible outcome?
Fuck the best possible outcome. I slaughtered everyone lol.
I have yet to see the ramifications yet so no spoilers pls <3
Question about romances:
Are you locked into one romance or can you complete the required side quests and basically get with all of the women?
Is there anything you can do that prevents further romance?
Some of the different scenarios dont get updated correctly in the journals.Hmmm, weird, did I bump into a weird glitch or something in a late game quest? Spoilers for The Great Escape:
I freed Rita and as soon as she and Yenn left for some reason the character log for Sile de Tanserville updated, and it said I mercy killed her? I didn't even see her in the prison.
Can someone tell me the location of a blacksmith that has a high enough level to craft the Griffon sword? I'm level 11 and still in Velan at this point. Is there a location in Velen or do I need to go to Novigrad?

Is it just me or is leveling in the early goings pretty slow? I've played about 12 hours and I'm still on Level 5.
That is about the rate I am at too. 24 hours, Level 9.
You need to go to Novigrad since everyone in Velen is Amateur

End of Act I question, should I finish up my side missions before doingIsle of Mist and the Brothers in Arms main quests?
Yes. One of those missions will warn you about it
