It has nothing to do with salt. The USA performance was great no doubt about it. The problem is you need to have the olympics being fair, and when there is a clear bias, it's not fair. If it was latvia vs finland and the same thing happened I would be just as upset. the olympics is supposed to be about fairness not back alley dealing

Um. White and Davis have been undefeated since 2012. I didn't really like their program but they skated it well and it had great speed. Either team could have won it really.

I am not saying it was rigged because I tend to try and assume the best of people, but the article about the rigging from an anonymous Russian source DID say how the events would end up before they happened and was correct. I (a Canadian) don't believe it was rigged but you can't blame some people for believing so given the reports that were produced before the events had event started, predicting perfectly how those events would unfold.
