Yes. Set your region to Canada and it even accepts your credit card.

Possible fictional explanation: In that game they are kept warm with thermal energy generator things, so exposed skin maybe doesn't really make a difference.

What is a good way to view the games you've purchased on PSN?
I searched and found two ways:
- Look at your list of downloads (this method sucks because it's loaded with garbage like demos and avatar download, and you can't remove anything).
- Look at your transaction history (this method sucks because it's just like looking at a credit card bill).
Surely there is a way to easily look at a list of the games you own, such as on Steam or XBL, right?
You can't access it from that corridor. To get therefirst get back up from where you fell down, then go right to the next big room. Go all the way down to the bottom of the room and bomb the two different looking tiles. Now you're in a room where you got the Charge beam. Power Bomb the pipe looking thing at the bottom and you're set.
I'm considering buying Little Big Planet PSP - is there any way to download levels to it from a PC, without using a wireless connection? I am the only person in the world who still doesn't have Wi-Fi.
okay ._.

You can use Sony's MediaGo software to download PSP content to the PC and then copy it via USB to the PSP.
Do the Tropico games allow you to really build big cities or should I be looking to the Anno games or somewhere else for that? This whole SimCity thing has me wanting to build enormous cities. I'm not a fan of Tropico's tone but it's not a deal breaker if it allows you to build the biggest by far. The time the game takes place in doesn't really matter.
Any idea how long Silent Hill Book of Memories is, roughly?
why does David Cage's games have bad everything exept graphics?

Can someone translate these messages?
My PSP seems to be acting up.
Edit: Seems it just says "Do you want to quit the game?". But this really shouldn't pop up randomly.
I can't decide which game to play. Help me, GAF.
1. "Asshole Thorton" playthrough of Alpha Protocol.
2. Pure melee playthrough of Fallout: New Vegas.
3. Pick up either MGS:R or Vanquish.
Heavy Rain is a huge improvement over Fahrenheit. You should give it a try if you own a PS3.He is bad at writing and he probably doesn't realise it. Which is a shame, because some of the scenes in Fahrenheit (never played Heavy Rain) are really well done, especially in the beginning, but the story itself isn't even remotely good or coherent.

Yeah, "Do you want to quit the game?" and "Please wait a moment"
Thanks. So since this just randomly pops up while playing a game (most of the times after a few seconds), it's probably that my UMD drive's broken? I hadn't used my PSP in quite a while.

Or a broken button sending the signal.
Nah, PSP works perfectly if I take out the UMD and play something from the memory stick.
None that I recall. Try not to spread awful card rules (i.e. random). Also, talk to Cid before your first real mission.I'm thinking of getting FF VIII from PSN. Is there anything important I should know before starting? I.e. missable stuff such as the items for the celestial weapons in FFX, the chests you aren't allowed to open in FFXII or other beginner's traps that can screw you over sooner or later?
There is a small trigger on the left of the lens, I assume that thing checks whether the tray is open or not. Maybe it's loose or something?Any idea how to fix it?

A lot of art assets in games are outsourced. It's a good way of lowering costs while getting material according to your specifications. There are also open source repositories that you can use if you have a small budget.
It wouldn't surprise me if most developers had something like that. You can for instance see that several of the 3D models and animations in Demon's Souls are taken straight from King's Field IV. Why waste time redoing things from scratch if you can just reuse old assets? Thanks. You'd think developers would have their own personal 3D model "bank" that any new project could take from, with the condition that it must be tweaked in some way and then re-deposited.
