That's sad. At least half of the entertainment value of Bleach comes from how ridiculous and silly it is.
The other half comes from how fabulous Mayuri is.

It is like getting excited to see how someone handles a particularly crazy dare I suppose. Like telling Robert Jordan that Wheel of Time went long enough, you're going to get really sick so you HAVE to finish it in a 300 page book. When he had like 5 or 6 books left.r/bleach is hilarious
Front page one of the topics is "Despite its flaws, Bleach makes me more hyped than any manga ever"
If Kubo ends it with Ichigo & company LOSING, omg, that would be the GREATEST. Its honestly the only way I can think of where Bleach goes out on a note of significance of some form.
He'd still be like "Screw off. I gotta write more about this Bowl of the Winds!"It is like getting excited to see how someone handles a particularly crazy dare I suppose. Yeah...That worked out great for Shaman King.
Let's talk about the best fucking thing of this manga by far, the character designs
What a badass mofo, my favorite.
Haha, is that how it ended? Man, I should get back into Shaman King, that was one of my favorite mangas but dropped it around the time I stopped buying those monthly Shonen Jump volume things.
I'm still inlove with this picture, goddamn, just look at that artstyle! So good.
Did the manga get shittty later on or did it stay just as amazing as when it first started?
I wonder if Kubo can pull off a Shakugan no Shana ending with one chapter left.(he can't)
The main villain wins in the end but it turns out it's a good thing and he makes things better for everyone

Are there really any Bleach fans left? The only fans I could imagine to go rampant are the Aizen fans (like me) if he doesn't get a proper send-off. He's the only reason most of the remaining readers still care for the shitshow that Bleach has become.T-minus 2-3 days until the final chapter. I've got my bunker ready for the fan fallout.
You are right, Bleach really excels in character designs:

Speaking of which, if Grimmjow survives I believe he will be the only arrancar alive along with Halibel and Nel. He will be fine.Let's talk about the best fucking thing of this manga by far, the character designs

What was the point of Halibel again this arc? Was she even saved?
Nel and Grimmjow disappearing was biggest wtf
I keep forgetting who's dead dead in Bleach or just presumed dead. My memory is a bit hazy but Kubo did a lot of fake deaths, drawn-out deaths or seemingly dead people who came back alive later that I don't actually know who actually died.
Yes. Bleach was a lot of people's formative manga. It informs what they think Shonen is and should be. There is a reason it is consistently at the top of manga aggregate sites as a most-popular despite 1) free-falling in Japan and 2) sucking shit.
We all have our favorites. And I bet you that our favorites all went to hell at some point and either recovered or we ignored it. Bleach is just an extreme example of a manga going to hell and the people that stuck with it are the most die-hard.
Like, the final bad guy's power is to "change the future"? What the fuck? Why doesn't he just instantly kill everyone, then... Eh, it's probably been explained.
That's what happens when you go overboard with a power before thinking it through. You end up having to come up with bs excuses and ass pulls so that the bad guy doesn't end up wiping everyone and end the series the next page.

Over fifty characters got involved in the final confrontation with Aizen. Some of these characters were just now appearing for the first time, simply written in to provide the tenth- through fifteenth-most important Soul Reapers with individual opponents. Kubo's efforts to make the battle a grand spectacle backfired by favoring quantity over quality.
Probably should've weeded out a lot of the extra Sternritter and boiled it down to the Elite Four and perhaps use Gerald as a bankai sponge to show off these unrevealed bankai and actually kill him. It probably wouldn't be unreasonable to just make him collapse on himself from growing too much, he basically did that with fucking Gremmy. Not much more needs to be said, honestly. By inflating the count of total fights that needed to resolve before the Big Bad met the Big Hero, the stakes were watered down and it was hard to care anymore about the intervening chapters. Bleach became a treadmill of unimportant fights between unimportant characters punctuated every 3 years by a predictable title fight of powerup/counter-powerup.
What was the point of Halibel again this arc? Was she even saved?
Actually, it was Aizen who saved her by cutting her down during the Fake Town battle, allowing her to survive instead of being killed by the other shinigami. You're left to presume that Chad, Orihime, and Urahara saved her off-screen.
Since he blew up Tousen upon him starting to turn back.Actually, it was Aizen who saved her by cutting her down during the Fake Town battle, allowing her to survive instead of being killed by the other shinigami.
Since when were you under the impression Aizen wasn't always a good guy?
what if it was all a dream? Ichigo wakes up from a coma after all this time THE END
I stopped reading a long time ago did they kill off any major characters?
Literally nobody would be surprised.what if it was all a dream? Ichigo wakes up from a coma after all this time THE END
Is it Wednesday or Thursday the chapters normally drop?
