I remember in the early days of Bleach it kinda got shit for biting off YYH, and I mean some of it was deserved... but then the Fullbringer arc was almost literally Chapter Black.

Fullbringer is where I gave up on the manga and then watched the anime adaptation years later, which was not worth it at all. It was a retread of Ichigo needing some new powers, finds a group of wacky dudes who have this brand new power and then they make Ichigo one of them. We had just seen that with those Hollow/Shinigami people, did we really have to do it all over again with the Fullbringers?
But this time the non creepy looking dudes with random powers aren't the good guys. They're bad guys trying to steal soul reaper powers....because reasons!
Tsukashima is a total bro though, we hung out every day behind the arcade when we were younger.

I'm starting to hear that there's actually one more chapter after this week. The finale will be in the next issue, which won't be out for a couple weeks as this week's Jump is a "double issue" to compensate for the holiday (Obon Week).
I can't be too sure, I'm hearing conflicting things.
I hope that's not true. Just let this shit end already.
If it can get at least one extra fat chapter then it'll probably have as good of and ending as Bleach was going to get.
And, crazily yet unsurprisingly enough, could fall within Kubo's plans.

They're saying that because the next issue is a "double issue", but that just means there's only one release for the next two weeks. We should get the chapter this week and then that's that.

i started watching the anime back in 2007.
i'm in the boat that had to see the end just to finish it after so long. if i had known this last arc would be so bad, i'd have stopped after Aizen was defeated like 50% of the fans back then.
