though if you know me from gametrailers, you also should know I mean nothing mean by saying what I previously said, just that there is plenty of reason for people to think it looks like a ps3 game, when obviously it wouldn't be doable on the ps3.
it's why I posted the disgaea 5 video, and how people call it a ps1 or a ps2 game even though the game wouldn't be possible on those in it's current state.
but alas when you have games that push graphics on tiny sets (Order), games with actual ambition with unique gameplay that use some resources on stuff like background stuff such as AI will always be mocked graphically because it's not cutting edge.

I do random purges on steam from time to time, basically I figure if at the time of the purge if I can't remember someone then I don't need them on my list.

Titanfall 2 is gonna bomb so hard I feel like. No one wants an ADS shooter unless your name is COWADUTY or BATTELFIELD. Genre has effectively died

Years down the line historians will ponder why EA decided to sandwich this game between their own Battlefield and Call of Duty.
I sold all my hats from TF2 and had money to pre-order it on PC. I get a ludicrous amount of time out of sports management games, and myleague allows me to sim my way too glory, so even if the core gameplay sucks this year, I'll still have fun. Also, Ive had DQ7 preordered for a super long time
Honestly, ive been thinking pretty hard of just not buying video games anymore. Ill probably get Civ 6, but I really cant think of anything that will excite me besides DW9 and FF15 to play, all my console time is usually dedicated to Overwatch, which has quickly replaced TF2 as the game I can play for 6-7 hours straight.
I dont think it will sell horribly, im talking more about reviews wise. I doubt they learned the lessons from their last game. Im also kind of done with GRITTY FUTURE COMBAT BUT WITH AR'S. Like, if I want a future title, give me a fucking Lazer gun please.

Yeah, Titanfall 2's release date is a horrible decision. First game was a lot of fun though so here's hoping they didn't break it.
Really? Because going by it's thread here, it's one of the worse creations ever made by asain man, due to it's demo with crappy alpha battle system and "Generic Animu Garbage" designs where girls wear pretty dresses to combat and guys wear full clothes with oversized swords.
I mean... sure, I love the look of the other Valkyria games, but I don't really mind them taking on part of the series name to make a spinoff that might have more sale appeal with a buying public. Spinoff + Eventually continuation of a main saga is better than Nothing at all, as we dream about what could be. Though the feel of Sega making Spinoffs of an RPG series, rather than growing the main series, is far, far, Phar too familiar...
I myself am always one that is much more for melee combat than gunplay, so I'm easily looking forward to it.

As much as I love Pixels, I also love Maximum Impact series in it's own way. And I own KoF Skystage, lol. Spinoffs and "WHY ARE YOU DOING SOMETHING TO MY SERIES I DIDN'T ASK FOR!?!?" are things I can live with... as long as it's not what happened to Valis! (TT_TT)
I think "Survival mode" side products can bring something nice and unexpected to a series. My fear is not that they exist, but that they overtake the main series, or have little to no respect for them at all.
The gameplay still looks stellar to me, but yea, it does seem a little bit more "anime", but the original was extremely anime also.
We will likely never see it localized anyway.
I'm sure much has changed since the awful demo. Plus I thought the TGS story trailer looked pretty neat. Hoping the combat gets changed from the demo as well.
I enjoyed what I saw of the gameplay, for how early it was. It was a good start. There really are times daily on GAF when I feel people try too hard to be negative. And it all sounds SO SIMILAR. It's like reading 1 guys comments behind different avatars OVER and OVER, heh.
I... really hope we see it. With as much as a dumping ground as PC and Steam have become for surprisingly-very-Japanese games, I hope they serve their purpose here, and make the idea of western localization profitable enough to release.
The preview with the 2.0 demo build sounds like it's on the right track. Even at that early state, I'm sure I'd have more fun with it than I had with any modern Mass Effect games combat...
Between Valkyria, Nioh, and even FFXV demos, I rather like seeing JP devs getting into early release / open to feedback previews like this.
I guess in their logic, they believe TF2 would siphon shooter fans not interested in this years COD or BF.
Not sure how that would work, though.

Those are from back when Toonami was struggling to hang on and airing mostly whatever CN said "here air this" correct? That era of cn/toonami was basically unknown outside of what DeMarco and Gill say on their weekly show.

Cool gonna go see the first part of Digimon tri dubbed tomorrow theater near me has it.
It's a bummer that the few movies that I want to actually see in theaters are only shown in towns that're about an hour away from me, & I just don't feel like spending 2 hours on the road & the gas money to see something that's shorter than the time I'm spending driving.
Also guessing/hoping this b-day, I'll finally be able to afford that damn 64GB Vita memory card. Just hope I can sell the 32GB to make some money back.

Reading over one of the Jojo threads and other people who have actually watched the dub (and not judging solely from 1st impressions of a 20 second YouTube clip): general impressions seem to be that it is more than serviceable, maybe not every character sticks the landing but is a solid enough dub. The other DVD problems kinda clouded the discussion of actual dub quality. Removal of wrrryyyy and Muda might be a deal breaker for some.
From what I've seen, JYB Jojo is so-so but I dig Speedwagons voice. It's very appropriately corny imo.
