That's...a bit outside of a Sunday drive for me unfortunately. AA Braves does sound like a decent excuse though...

I just hope the dub whining isn't too loud. It's not that I disagree or feel that it shouldn't be shared, it's just that it happens for every show ever, and it gets annoying to see that song and dance every time.

I actually almost never eat or drink during Toonami, too late at night. I don't drink soda anymore except on special occasions...like Pepsi bottling Baja Blast or finding a Coke Freestyle machine in the wild.

As for junk food I have a simple rule that has helped me lose a ton of weight in the past year; I only buy new flavors of chips and snacks I like, only once, and then never again. I did go through a phase where I tried every Hot Pocket though but that was right before I joined this thread full time and learned of this amusing connection.

I'm bad with soda. Whenever I buy a 12 pack, I sometimes have like 3 at a time. I just really like the carbonation. This seems like a stupid post so far but whatever. However, I only buy it maybe once every 2 months.

I tried replacing with sparkling water once but didn't really care for it. I do like the brand-less carbonated fruit drink things that you can get at like kroger or target.

I too have the try a new thing once then never again rule, both for snacks and fast food . Unless like it's really good or very limited time.

So tomorrow I work 10-7, then we do shenanigans at 8/9, then Toonami 12-6... then I'm supposed to be at work at 8AM to 5PM... YOLOSWAG

I'm going to hate myself Sunday night

It took me a few months to really get into seltzer but now it's practically all I drink.

I also found that I was only in it for the carbonation.

Going to watch Casshern now.

Step 1 is figuring out exactly where I left off.

Step 2 is probably removing the fork over there and the scissors in the jar of pens. Should probably switch out the mouse and keyboard with wireless versions so I can't hang myself.

Just tried, doesn't fit. It's a pretty wide ass mouse because my mouth is huge.


EDIT: Casshern Sins Episode 13.

Braking Boss is here! Been waiting for him to show up, I watched all of the original Casshan back when TvC came out. So it's all his fault.


I forgot how 99.9999% of the animation budget is devoted to eyes. Casshern Sins is anime eye porn. Also the second ending is nowhere near as memorable as the first one.

Yeah... 11:30 PM is way too late for food for me. Cup of milk is the most I'll have during Toonami.

in which Togusa gets his shit wrecked

i'm a little torn here. i feel like the vast majority of this episode is unnecessarily dialogue heavy, but large portions of that dialogue are rather interesting and the final gunfight is awesome as hell. also, pants.

I do have one objection to DBZ Kai airing on Toonami
I've been so used to TeamFourStar, that the Funimation voices just sound off to me.

There should be a redub done entirely by the TFS crew.

No that would be terrible, I wouldn't be able to take any sort of serious dubbing by TFS's voice actors
