I mean, this presumably means that one or more announcements are shows that either no one thought of, or don't exist yet. If it's the first one, that could turn out not so good.

Wave is the writer's attempt to make his story seem less black and white.
But it doesn't work because we never see Night Raid do anything actually villainous in its nature to accomplish their goals. Sure they kill people....who are usually mass murderers or fascists.
Next, it's going to be Kill Brady, Devour Brady.
They literally have yet to kill anyone who really didn't have it coming.
Funny enough. Wild Hunt was introduced to make the Jaegers seem noble in comparison. Yeah, that turned out well.

There is a pretty good scene in the manga that the anime cut where Tatsumi and Leona murder some corrupt politician and they discover the guy's young son saw the whole thing.
Also half the Yeagers really aren't bad guys, Wave, Run, and Bols are all pretty down to Earth people with the last one only doing terrible things because its his job as an executioner.
Yet another cheap ploy to make things seem like they aren't completely black and white. He still had it coming.
